Union Global Cram School - How to create a newspaper!

Hello and welcome to Union Global Cram School as our first tutorial for our kohai's aka new eJapanese players that would like to learn few stuff here we create a tutorial that you probably would like to know! so today's tutorial will be how to create a newspaper.

Newspaper is a useful thing to communicate nationwide with variety of stuff! You decide what you want to be in your one!
So now lets start off! BUT however to make a newspaper you need to meet these requirements!:

Be level 9
Have 2 gold

In this picture you can see my already created newspaper now however if you do not already have a newspaper you will see this:


Now to create a newspaper you will need to click on the "Create Newspaper" which ofcourse will be located in your citizen profile all you need to do is click on your name:


Okay so you have done it? If yes you will be redirected to this page where you will have to put details of your newspaper:

After that simply press "Create" and splendid job kohai! you have just created your newspaper!
