The following guide is a work in progress and is subject to possible changes. It will take another week to get everyone positioned. While some regions, such as Tennessee, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Colorado, Nebraska and Washington will only occasionally be affected negatively; I strongly suggest that all Americans move food companies to Virginia and weapons companies to Kentucky.
To the extent that members of our community lack the funds to make such a move. I call upon Congress to create a task force and set aside funds to help citizens relocate.
Going forward, updates and changes regarding the TW map will be posted in the Department of Defense Newspaper. The DoD org was recently recovered by this administration after being defaced by a previous administration. After resetting the org, we transferred 50 gold to the org and renamed the org, USA Department of Defense. A similar naming scheme was used for the USA Department of the Interior.
Rotationals. For rotations the USA loses all direct battles but wins all resistance wars. Unless otherwise stated.
Bulgaria. Nevada, Utah, Arizona.
Iran. North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota. (Disclaimer still moving regions.)
Macedonia. Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi.
Poland. New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (Disclaimer still moving regions.)
Romania. Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina
Serbia. Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico.
Ukraine. Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois.
Ping Pong. For ping pongs each side will defend their own region.
Cuba.
USA wins Washington.

You are wrong again. Congress only offered to pay for creation of new holdings in safe region.
that is the only cost to relocation that matters unless you are a mega producer with hundreds of factories and considering we are still getting relocation tokens in the WC, how much assistance does the typical eUS person really need?

To avoid confusion may want to label all the other "safe" regions and maybe those on the map already labelled "safe" could be marked as "safest"
Hi Super Nova, I hear what you are saying but my concern is this. If a player has companies located outside the 4 safe regions those regions are only safe until someone decides to change something. Either by demand, changes in determinations, a change in the presidency these quasi safe regions can quickly become not so safe. Players should not add any more companies to regions that are not designated safe. For instance, when I became CP, Italy had an active rotation right through Colorado. I changed this because I didn't think it was fair to the players located in Colorado.

This changes what was previously communicated. We had TWs in the past and TW allocated regions were rotated every X months due to determination but that was it (with some safe regions being only temporarily affected, even the safest ones from time to time).

Franklin, paying 10k for a holding company is meaningless. The vast majority of the cost is with relocation. Any and all changes I have made to the TW map have been to the benefit of players with residences, not in the safe regions.
That's what Reset Tokens are for....

The issue I have with this is that it has been released after the deadline has passed for the relocation assistance.
As a producer in California, I did not qualify for the relocation, but now I need to relocate.
I would like to ask for someone to sort that through for those of us who got smacked by the pendulum of government.
