Greetings eJapanese citizens
I wrote this article to expose the attitude of some of our community members.
Everything begins with a thread opened in the eusaforums, the official forum of the eUSA community, by the current Speaker of the Diet ahava3233 with the title “eSerbianization of eJapan”:

As you can see ahava3233 was exposing her personal opinion about the ongoing events in eJapan.
The freedom of expression is a fundamental right but in this case ahava3233 was undermining our national security exposing a distorted image of eJapan to foreign officials.
She labelled some of our eJapanese citizens as PTOvers even if in reality they came in eJapan under the approval of the biggest eJapanese party (DNP), she labelled DNP members as people bribed into submission by Geezuz, she questioned our foreign policy and our alliance suggesting that we need to be part of an anti-Serbian alliance.
As a consequence I have opened a thread in the Congress section of our forum questioning if ahava3233 with her attitude was fit for the job of Speaker.
Later I saw that my thread disappeared and that I received a PM in forum by Squibeel.
Here the PM with my replies:
As you can clearly see my thread was outright deleted only for expressing my opinion to the congress on this fact, this was a violation of my rights as eJapanese citizen. What I have sadly learned is that the forum is managed in a manner to promote a certain political agenda and different opinions are censured.
The first requirement of a common mean of communication is to be run in an impartial manner, until now many people questioned why the DNP congressmen never showed up in the forum: I have learned why.
Then the thread opened by ahava3233 evolved when also Nowe joined the show.

Well, he already fought against eJapan in the Chubu RW and now he is asking a foreign nation to erase eJapan only because he wants to overthrow the legitimate government. I don’t know what do you think but I consider this simply as an act of treason and people like him should be banned from any government position.
If he is really Ambassador in the eUS as he claims then you can see that he is abusing his position only for reasons of internal policy telling a distorted and biased vision of the eJapanese events.

At the end the ahava's thread was joined also by Myung Kei, another eJapanese citizen caught fighting for eRoC against eJapan, he asked help from the eUS for his inner political fight against the "Serbian PTO".
After this I have realized that the people that I have supported until now are undermining the unity of our ecountry by using the “argumentum ad nationem” against other fellow citizens only because for being political opponents, I have experienced the same thing in the eusaforums where Myung Kei told me that I don’t know anything just because I am an Italian immigrated in eJapan.
For this reason I have left the Teishin Shudan MU and ISP party and joined Nippon Power MU and Dai Nippon Party and from now I want to fight against anybody that will label other eJapanese citizens as PTOvers, Serbs, Hungarians or any other term in order to delegitimize the political opponents and to help their political fights.
No matter if in RL eJapanese citizens are Hungarian, Serbian, Turk, American, Portuguese or any other nationality, we should make judgement only on their actions.
Compared to Nowe and Myung Kei who fought against eJapan, to Squibeel who suppressed my right of freedom of speech I have come to the conclusion that the majority of the RL Serbs or Hungarians are better eJapanese citizens than the three players listed above.

Meh, to be serious I merely held onto your post until you actually confronted the Speaker, there's too much stupid infighting and,, discussing the Speaker's freedom of speech now, would delay every laws we are still discussing for god knows how many time.

The fact is that I cannot ask to ahava if she is fit to the job of speaker, only the congress can express an opinion and then make a decision on the matter, and anyway the laws discussed until now are pretty much blocked because there isn't any possibility of agreement as the situation is now.

In order to reach an agreement the parties just need to compromise, I don't see this happening from both sides especially from the "old guard".
Pardon but all parties(even the serb party) tried to compromise to make all ends meet aside from DNP, so don't pull that crap.

While I don't agree with most things done over the past couple months from both sides, I understand both sides. And as squibeel said, I think it is fair enough that you talk to ahava first, and if she does not listen to reason THEN look towards replacing her. The thing you posted was only moved, not deleted. So if you work it out with both of them it can be put back up for all to see.
As far as I care, the post is back there so that people can throw sticks and stones at each other like always.
Seriously though, who are you? You obviously know little to nothing of the events that has transpired, as well as little of the parallels of former eJP and current eJP. Simply because we chose not to bend over and take what's being force fed to is on a rusted spoon means that were wrong? Exactly how am I portraying a "bias" version? Because I didn't mention that they liberated a region after x10 attempts and wasting our money? Because apparently ptoing a party, bring let into the country by the shadiest individual our country has to offer, and mass creating multi accounts for their coalition (which they have een stated was what ran this government, creating a us vs them atmosphere due to their exclusion of anyone who might have a differing opinion while also attempting to dismantle our forms of communication as well as having got rid of our national security to justify an influx of people into the nation without needing to answer to anyone. Yes, I'm bias because all signs point towards hostility and /they/ were the ones who initially refused all talks of compromise, and heck, only just decided to change the name of Sakurakai after having stolen it months ago from it's original active member base. Okay. So I guess it's necessary that no one speak out or step up to pose a challenge to what's going on. I'm definitely the one bias here.

I don't know really, who respects you. For the record, changing the name of Sakurakai was made because people ask that from us, and we obey opinion of majority. And what's the point of the name, when all original members were left to other party's? Sakurakai has democratic voting, and obtained with 2votes diference, because "original members" put 3 canididates. Why would they do that if there was a PTO???? it's logical reaction to fokus all your votes against ptoer??? It was democratic victory, deal with it.

Dude, there are so many obvious multi accounts floating around eJP that /only/ pop up during election time that it's ridiculous you're trying to fib your way through it. Then they didn't try enough, they simply did not care about party, if they do, they would made "ATO" instantly. I have notice, that on every elections from that period, maybe 4 months straight, Serbian candidate has beetwean 17 and 19 votes. Which means allways the same number.
There was unhappy members of Sakurakai, and they decided to change party politics, won election by a tiny majority, It's nonsense talking about PTO when something like that happens, pure democracy. and it doesn't matter, if the people back then took new or dead party, today we would still be Top 5 party and considered as a PTOers. I asked admin to check our votes entirely, not just party. Are you kidding me? Autocratic? We are the most democratic part of this society, we are voting for every tiny thing inside of party... and i will repeat once again, all people of eJapan are welcome to our party, we are not closed group, we just put word organisation on top, less talking, more working. Everyone who want's can join us.
Veprina 22 don't say things that isn't true. Some joined to Sakurakai from DNP to vote Serbian's candidate. So always they will have 1,2 more votes. No constantines members tell about hopes for party's future etc., only ordered to fight in wars. Only after you are blamed because you make trouble, you said everyone can join.

Wow, the cheap shot against me was pretty low. You could at least make an appearance on the IRC and have a mature discussion with me about my actions instead of irrationally labeling me from afar.
This sort of same talking points, factually incorrect, uncompromising, newspeak behavior is exactly how the DNP frustrates the rest of eJapan. People like President Usu try hard to strike a balance, but it is hardly working.

I can understand why you want to remain neutral Usu and present both sides of the argument, your the president of the eNation and you also hail from the DNP. And you also know me, I rely on precedent and logic to guide my conclusions.
Immigration and Bicameralism are my top examples to back up my statement. I have more, but in this case I think we are both well aware of the outcome.

What I was doing is questioning to the congress if ahava was fit for the job of speaker, I don't even recall about attacking personally her. Also lol at the fact that I'm "new". I have the eJapanese citizenship for roughly one year.
Attacking ahava for expressing her personal opinion on something that bears no relevance to her functional duties is a pretty cheap shot. She has an opinion you disagree with, fine. But that's like saying we should impeach Usu for expressing his opinion about the minor parties.
As for "new," you arrived in August. The argument still stands, please don't act like you know eJapanese History.
