Lets look at what it would cost us to produce 1 Q1 House.

First off to simplify we will break the formula.

1 x work ticket produces 38.6% of a house when your bonuses is at 193%. Currently in my housing region higher quality houses goes up to 211% but the q1 is at 193%

This requires 3.86 .

Currently the lowest HRM offer I could find was 364 for 1 unit x 3.86 = 1405

Working produces 4.82 HRM = 4.82 x 364 = 1754

Currently salaries is @ 1950 about so on each HRM produced one loses 195.52 cc

Now we need to extrapolate our figures


100/38.6 = 2.59 work tickets x 1950 = 5050.50
2.59 x 364 = 942

TOTAL COSTS = 5992.50

Currently my 5 houses is the cheapest at 8200

So on each house I make 2207.50 profit. + - 8800 profit.

I can currently produce 6 Q1 houses a day.

TYCOON PACK

Your productions numbers will increase by 20% . im not going to figure that in.

off the bat 20 gold x 840 = 16800

150 work tickets

75 - Q1 tickets
75 - HRM tickets

production would be 29 houses + 20% = +- 35 houses x 8200 = 287000 +


total 303800


ok i dont know what tycoon packs sells for but considering that you can during the 7 days also buy 50 gold a day. and it increases your wam production as well. so all things considered i would say for a young tycoon it is a good pack to buy.
