Hello eUK,

The presidential elections are over, sadly AMD is the winner. I want to thank everyone who voted for me o7

The cheapest Q7 weapons on the eUK market cost 93.1 GBP.

And now story time...

Once upon a time, an evil prince from the dark parts of the lands, Jeremiah Corbinus, found a magical scroll and raised and controlled an Army of the Dead, but he was Temporarily put imprisoned, even though the punishment for raising and controlling an Army of the Dead is Permanent imprisonment.

Leprechauns that kept all the gold were the highest law authority of the lands.

A Nomadic Shepherd seeking revenge for the havoc Corbinus did in his lands came to an idea to strike back by raising his own Army of the Dead, why not, you only end up Temporarily in prison, no big deal, so he went to check with the Leprechauns if the rules maybe changed. It's still written in the Ancient Scrolls that you get Permanent imprisonment for controlling an Army of the Dead, but things change. On the other hand, Corbinus was maybe innocent. The Nomadic Shepherd was looking through the Ancient Scrolls, but he didn't find an explanation about Temporary imprisonment for using the dead, so he went to the Leprechauns to ask about clarification, one would think it would have been a simple answer...

Nomadic Shepherd : "O wise Leprechauns, is it now allowed to raise the dead?

I'm asking because of Corbinus, he raised and controlled an Army of the Dead and you rightfully imprisoned him, but it was only a Temporary imprisonment.

So I guess my friends and I can also raise the dead, if we get caught we will be only Temporarily imprisoned? Seems fair?"

Leprechaun: "Hi Nomadic Shepherd, thank you for contacting us.

Raising the Dead is a breach of the rules stated in the sacred Ancient Scrolls.

Unfortunately we are unable to discuss any penalties applied to other people."

Nomadic Shepherd : "OK, let's not talk about a specific case, but let's say in general...

The Ancient Scrolls state: Raising the Dead is illegal and will result in permanent imprisonment and death.

So how does someone get only a temporary imprisonment for raising the dead? I don't see an explanation for that kind of punishment, so I would like clarification."

Leprechaun: "Unfortunately that is not something we can really answer in context of general.

Each case is reviewed individually and the Leprechaun Council makes a decision on what penalty to apply. All decisions are at the Council's discretion.

I apologise that we can't provide more information about this."

Nomadic Shepherd : "So, if someone was temporarily imprisoned for raising the dead and was released from the prison, does that mean that he actually didn't raise the dead?"

Leprechaun: "There are various reasons why someone is released from prison although as I have mentioned, penalties are applied on case by case basis. So we are not able to provide further information in this scenario"

Nomadic Shepherd : "Yes, but this is about raising the dead.

So the Ancient Scrolls are clear, is someone raises and controls the dead, he is imprisoned permanently. So if someone is imprisoned temporarily for that and is released, by logic that means that that person didn't raise and control the dead, so that is why he was released? Because if a person did raise and control the dead the only final punishment is permanent imprisonment, right?

Or is it just selective justice..."

Leprechaun: "I'm sorry to hear that you don't agree with the way penalties are applied. We will most certainly continue discussing this within the Leprechaun Council.

As I have mentioned, penalties are applied at our discretion, thus unfortunately we will not be able to engage further into the discussion on how we penalise people in specific cases."

Nomadic Shepherd : "Don't even bother..."

After this the Nomadic Shepherd stormed out of the council chambers and went home to organise his armies in a different way...
