They answered first. But I know the bouillabaisse marsigliese.
A dish made of fish. Rascasse is a fish, "Scorfano" in italian (redfish?). Congre is a fish like anguilla. Rouille is the sauce.
I dislake this dish. It makes me sick, I hate fish.
