Pravnik4 and Narodni Magacin - Problem that arises

There are many articles in eSerbian press today about the "injustice" brought upon my people by suspending pravnik 4 and organisation Narodni Magacin. Most of them were just a mere annunciation of that fact, but i made a thorough analysis and came to the conclusion about the legality of this act. So, lets get started…

Who is Pravnik4?

Just today one of the well known Serbian players pravnik4 was banned. He was one of the eminent figures in eSerbian society, had more than 2000 subscribers to his newspaper, thereby being able to create and influence public opinion. Among that he was participating in and organising many "charity events" helping not just new players but also general population. One of his most influential movements in Serbian society was the creation of organisation called Narodni Magacin.

Pravnik4 was banned for creating or administrating multiple citizen accounts. I am not arguing if he was falsely accused or not, he was an individual and as such he should be "convicted" as an individual.

What is Narodni Magacin?

Narodni Magacin is an organisation that was created by pravnik4 and supported by eSerbian government. Its goal was to distribute weapons among general population during important battles. In last 2 battles for Slavonia it gave out more than 2000 weapons. Based on that figure we can conclude that it is a very important organisation.
On the time it was banned, on its account it had around 150g and 3000rsd

Analysis and Conclusion

The problem is because organisation Narodni Magacin was under his supervision, therefore it was suspended along with him under excuse that it obtained properties through illegal or unjust method.

This organisation Was not owned by an individual. It was property of The Serbian Government and The People of Serbia therefore it cannot be banned along with somebody who is just administrating it.

I don't know if pravnik4 is innocent or not, the investigation will determine that, but this organisation is not a private ownership and admins Please do not treat it as such. Do not take our money and weapons away in these hard times for eSerbia when the world as we know it today is on the verge of collapse.
