Political orientation of the e-world
crvnazvezda
This report is based on party orientation and number of party members.
Target is to compare leftism/rightism and centrism/far-outism relations between countries. Full spectrum analysis, varied, complex combination of cathegories or conclusions are actually out of range.
Only TOP 10 parties were taken into consideration. Some countries have less than 10 parties.
Parties without orientation were taken into consideration as center oriented.
Date of monitoring, datas collected on Day 1605.
Beacouse of large content I only present a quick overview in this article.

Game mechanich has no effect on party orientation. Thats why I think RL social relations and attitudes reflects on party orientation enough well.

Not important, as political orientation does not reflect the actual parties position

yes it might be an indicator for the real political orientation of ppl but I'd suggest not to take this too serious. As: "Game mechanich has no effect on party orientation" you'd chose your party based on ingame policy and whom you like rather than based on their political orientation.
Also there are historical reasons for example for the popularity of the OMG in Germany. However once the biggest party they tend to attract lots of newbies (on the other hand the omg has little political influence compared to the number of its members).
@QE: i speak broken english (by winston tong/tuxedommon), 🙂
"reflects on party orientation"
yes, reflection has got only a reflectioned information🙂..hope you know what, i mean. (reflection has distorsion, but you see more than nothing...
btw. on one hand reflection on rl can be interesting, but on the other hand there are some erepublik related significant tendencies as well (mainly at "big" countries). i think it can be some small help in diplomacy, and generally imagine an image about friends or enemies. (for example far-out countries belive more in war as negotiations, or maybe center countries balanced more into negotiations..etc)
this is a very complex social analisys, so as i ve wrote in the article
"Full spectrum analysis, varied, complex combination of cathegories or conclusions are actually out of range." ..but maybe some can be interested to do some kind of these analisys, i ve colleted only the datas : )
i believe self-definition of a society has importance, and maybe party orientation has some kind of interest from that point of view.
also pluralism/uniformization can be an interesting direction of analisys.
Hehh. E-Rep is totally like IRL. As a significant Hungarian society analyst had said one week ago: "Hungary is the most reactionary state, I think, on the whole world today. Perhaps, except with North Korea. And ideologically, thank God, we are'nt there."
Thank you for the article! I think, it's important to say (we say), how pathological is the rate of the orientations.
