Dear friends and allies

In past days CODE/Andes alliances and the United Kingdom have reached out to an arrangement that settles our relations with the UK for the near future.
With this agreement we hopefully will settle some conflicts which have turned up over the past months and we´re looking forward to establish a vicinity of mutual respect and understanding.

PEACE TREATY between the Governments of the UNITED KINGDOM and ALBANIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, GREECE, HUNGARY, MONTENEGRO, SOUTH KOREA, THAILAND, TURKEY and USA, (hereafter referred to as CODE) and the Governments of ARGENTINA, CHILE, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL, MEXICO, PARAGUAY, URUGUAY and VENEZUELA (hereafter referred to as ANDES)


ARTICLES

I. The UK Government will not order, direct or encourage its population or resident MU's to fight against the 'CODE' or 'ANDES' alliances.

II. The UK Government will not attack CODE/ANDES out of TW agreements and will resist any attempt by any non-signatory nation to establish a foothold in its core regions.

III. The UK Government will inform CODE and ANDES of any approach by a non-signatory nation to illicit aid in attempts to harm either the 'CODE' or 'ANDES' alliances.

IV. The UK Government cedes control of the following core regions to 'CODE' and 'ANDES' for strategic reasons or that they may profit from UK-CODE/ANDES training wars:-
-Wales
-West Midlands
-South West of England
-South East of England
-East Midlands
-East of England
-North West of England (conditional on VIII - will be held by the UK)
-London (conditional on VIII - will be held by a CODE/ANDES member not embargoed or in a TW)
-Scotland (conditional on IX )
-Northern Ireland (conditional on X ).

V. 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries will seek to guarantee the UK a full Congress.

VI 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries will seek to wipe or reduce the UK Congress on request from the Country President of the United Kingdom.

VII. 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries will return any taxes collected from UK regions and deposit the taxes in an account set by the Country President of the United Kingdom.

VIII. 'CODE' and 'ANDES' countries retain the right to attack and secure any UK region with notice; if 'CODE' and 'ANDES' deem it militarily necessary.

IX. Scotland will be held by an agreed occupier (initially Turkey) with 100% bonuses; not included in a TW or embargo with the UK.

X. Northern Ireland will be held by a CODE/ANDES member until the UK agrees to a third TW or requests it’s release.

TRATADO DE PAZ entre los Gobiernos del REINO UNIDO y ALBANIA, CROACIA, CHIPRE, GRECIA, HUNGRÍA, MONTENEGRO, COREA DEL SUR, TAILANDIA, TURQUÍA y EE. UU. (En adelante, CÓDE) y los Gobiernos de ARGENTINA, CHILE, BOLIVIA, BRASIL, BRASIL, BRASIL MÉXICO, PARAGUAY, URUGUAY y VENEZUELA (en adelante, ANDES)

ARTÍCULOS

I. El Gobierno del Reino Unido no ordenará, dirigirá ni alentará a su población o las Unidades militares residentes en UK para luchar contra las alianzas de 'CÓDE' o 'ANDES'.

II El Gobierno del Reino Unido no atacará CÓDE/ANDES fuera de los acuerdos de TW y resistirá cualquier intento por parte de una nación no signataria de establecer un punto de apoyo en sus regiones originales.

III. El Gobierno del Reino Unido informará a CODE y ANDES sobre cualquier intento de una nación no signataria pidiendo ayuda ilícita para dañar las alianzas 'CODE' o 'ANDES'.

IV. El Gobierno del Reino Unido cede el control de las siguientes regiones originales a 'CODE' y 'ANDES' por razones estratégicas o para que puedan beneficiarse de las guerras de entrenamiento UK-CODE / ANDES:
-Wales
-West Midlands
-South West of England
-South East of England
-East Midlands
-East of England
-North West of England (condicionado en VIII - se llevará a cabo por el Reino Unido)
-London (condicionado en VIII - estará en manos de un miembro de CODE / ANDES no embargado o en un TW)
-Scotland (condicionado en IX )
-Northern Ireland (condicionado en X ).

V. Los países 'CODE' y 'ANDES' buscarán garantizar al Reino Unido un Congreso completo.

VI. Los países 'CODE' y 'ANDES' buscarán borrar o reducir el Congreso del Reino Unido a solicitud del presidente del país del Reino Unido.

VII. Los países 'CODE' y 'ANDES' devolverán los impuestos recaudados de las regiones del Reino Unido y depositarán los impuestos en una cuenta establecida por el presidente del país del Reino Unido.

VIII Los países 'CODE' y 'ANDES' se reservan el derecho de atacar y asegurar cualquier región del Reino Unido con aviso; si 'CODE' y 'ANDES' lo consideran militarmente necesario.

IX. Escocia estará en manos de un ocupante acordado (inicialmente Turquía) con bonos del 100%; no incluido en un TW o embargo con el Reino Unido.

X. Irlanda del Norte estará en manos de un miembro de CODE / ANDES hasta que el Reino Unido acepte un tercer TW o solicite su liberación.
