It pains me to advise my fellow brothers and sisters of India that 5 people from India have been permanently banned for using multi accounts. 1 citizen was living in Indonesia but had a direct link to a prominent Indian citizen.
Zeeshan Arif http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1384591 was banned permanently from the New World for controlling 3 multiple accounts:

sarath rajendran http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1565310
Ahmer http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1412877
The following two users were also banned permanently:

jesse09731 http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1509513
It really pains me to have to have done this my brothers and sisters, it really does.
A word of warning.
I will give you all one week (that is until day 610 of the New World) to remove your multiple accounts. It does not matter to me how it is done. Send the details to the admins asking that the accounts be deleted or simply stop feeding them.
After the weeks grace I will be searching for multiple accounts and coming down like a ton of bricks.
Learn the lesson the above 6 citizens have learned.

But he was a cheater and my sympathy for him falls to zero but still...
wish i didnt have to report him.
I wish and hope other countries follow a similar regimen as I am sure there are numerous multiple account users in-game that should be weeded out as it is unfair practice. Good work and all the best.
ok. so i reread the rulebook, and it says that "use of the same IP by more citizens is not considered to be a criterion to determine multiple accounts". At the risk of sounding like a noob, I dare to ask, then what will. As in, a friend of mine joined eRep on my invite, some ages back, from my comp itself. She doesn't play anymore though, but her account's still active. Does that count as a multi-account? Don't wanna get jacked.. 😃
if you unfairly gain from that account like transfer cheap weapons, food, etc between the accounts, then its not allowed.

its not so much giving cheap stuff its getting free stuff.
friends do make nice deals with friends sometimes just dont over do it.
