Don Croata - I would suggest moving all the IA workers to the RTK's communes, there's plenty of unused work tickets on Snugs, he sent some tanks to Sluagh and will continue doing that.
On page 2 of the Ireland job offers you will see my offer for a commune job.
Wages will be 50 IEP per job done. Despite that all COMMUNE workers will get a further 10 WEPS per worker per day worked. And some food
Furthermore you will be switched to a weekly reward system.

my factory layout:
Due to recent low prices and the fact that I no longer have to obtain the optimal XP per day I sold all of my aluminium mines and completed 2 new Q7 factories bringing my total to 4. I started building up rubber plantations in Kentucky and have bought 19 in this month.
In the end they will be fully self sustaining but atm I plan to wam click in each Q7 per day and on enough work tickets plan to create massive amounts of weps.
I can create +- 800 Q7 Weps per day if the factories is fully operational. Of course that will cost me 40 tickets per day. So I need about 4000 tickets to work for 100 days and make 80000 Q8 Weps which could sustain the IA for a reasonable time.

I would go and work if Q7 value would bring your job value somewhere around market value..
Ok just take the offer I will pay you a market salary or join the IA and get a reasonable return.

5 days of work have not been paid in the commune. That is 125 pcs of q7 weps. If I receive those, I am in the club. 🙂
