1. Hello to the CP of the United Kingdom(UK) - Huey George, thank you so much for agree to make this interview with me, but before we start would you agree to introduce yourself first for those who don't know you?

"Hello, everyone! I am Huey George, the current Country President of the United Kingdom. My life in this game began back in 2009, and over the years, I've had the privilege to serve in various roles within the UK Government. From humble beginnings to this position, I've gained valuable experience and a deep understanding of the game's mechanics and community. I’m grateful you’ve taken the time to interview me and to your readers for giving their time to read our interview.

2. I have to start and ask you about your terms as a CP, you have been CP of UK 40 times!! how do you sum up your experience so far?

Amazing! Serving as the Country President of the United Kingdom for 40 terms has been an incredible journey.
Being the Country President has not only allowed me to contribute to the growth of the UK but also taught me valuable lessons in leadership, diplomacy, and teamwork. I've had the privilege to work with talented individuals, and together, we've laid the foundations for a strong and vibrant nation.

Together, we've shaped a resilient nation, with a community-driven government that empowers all citizens to have a say in our country's affairs. It's a humbling experience to witness the impact of our collective efforts on our players, and to this day I remain committed to the betterment of the UK and supporting our amazing community."

3. UK manage today with 12 TWs, how you deal with it?

Managing training wars requires a combination of routine and diplomacy. We have established a structured approach to ensure smooth operations. Effective and timely communication is key to coordinate with our TW partners and maintain a cooperative atmosphere. We work closely with our partners to ensure each campaign ends as planned.

One of the essential aspects is keeping a vigilant eye on the walls in battles. By monitoring the progress, we can ensure that regions do not change control until the agreed time for resetting determination arrives. This contributes to the stability and consistency within our training wars.

4. Can you tell us about your country economy based on the fact that many lands of UK are occupied for TWs, doesn't this harm the directors of the companies?

The eUK's economy is strategically managed with 12 regions. Some regions serve as Economic Zones, where continuous production is ensured for citizen holdings. Meanwhile, other regions are designated as Training War Zones, which may experience temporary occupation during TWs.
By doing this we prioritise a balanced approach that supports both military growth through training wars with partners and domestic economic opportunities for citizens. Our focus remains on fostering a thriving economy and empowering our citizens' entrepreneurial endeavours.

5. As i said earlier, you have been CP for 40 terms, can you tell our readers about a program you have promoted that you can be proud at?

During my 40 terms as CP, I'm proud to have promoted the Christmas Air Programme Rewards, aimed at supporting UK pilots. The program offers 6cc per air kill, with a weekly cap of 2,500 kills per individual.

We also have an Air Cadet Program, providing an extra 3cc per air kill to eUK pilots outside the National rank Top 50. This ensures even new players with limited revenue streams receive additional support.

By prioritising the growth of aircraft rank among our citizens, we can grow a strong airforce. The Christmas Air Programme Rewards demonstrate our commitment to supporting pilots of all ranks and experience levels, fostering a thriving community within the eUK.

This was something former UK Country President and Legendary fighter, JiminyChristmas really valued before he mysteriously left the game. This programme was renamed in his honour.

6. eUK population has today only 309 active citizens(according to the country page) what is your policy about immigration?

Our policy on immigration in the eUK is one of openness and inclusion. We welcome immigrants to join our community and contribute to our nation's growth and prosperity.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, all citizenship requests undergo a thorough 48-hour discussion and voting in our Congress. This provides an opportunity for Congress members to review the applicant's profile, conduct basic checks, and consider any statements or reasons provided by the applicant for their desire to join the eUK.

During this process, we value the input of our citizens and ensure that each decision is made with careful consideration. We also encourage applicants to have eUK contacts or sponsors to facilitate a smoother integration into our community.

Our approach to immigration reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and vibrant society, where all citizens can actively participate and contribute to the progress of the eUK.

7. Do you remember the first time you were a CP? Tell us about the first time and how much it changes from being a CP today

The first time I became CP, my memory of the experience is a bit fuzzy, but it was undoubtedly an eventful and intense period. The UK Congress held me to intense scrutiny, with both supporters and opponents expressing their views. The UK Congress presented a wealth of ideas and criticisms, making it a challenging but rewarding experience.

Comparing it to being CP today, it seems that the core aspects remain quite similar. The responsibility of leading the nation, facing scrutiny, and dealing with a diverse range of opinions and perspectives still holds true. However, over time, I've gained more experience and developed a deeper understanding of the complexities of the role. This growth has allowed me to approach the position with greater confidence and better equipped to address the challenges that come my way.

While the fundamentals of being CP may not have changed drastically, the wealth of experience and knowledge accumulated over the years has undoubtedly enhanced my ability to serve the eUK and its citizens effectively.

8. Being a CP is a lot of responsible and hard work not only the job as a CP but also manage the whole country with small cabinet group how does it fit with your real life?

Being a CP and managing the country with a small cabinet group can indeed be a lot of responsibility and hard work. Balancing these duties with real-life commitments can be challenging, but I have found a way to make it work harmoniously. Both aspects demand time, attention, and effort, but I have been able to find compatibility between the two for quite some time.

Of course, there are pressures to meet in both the game and real life, but through effective time management and prioritisation, I have been able to navigate these challenges successfully. Being organised and having a supportive team have also played crucial roles in finding this balance.

9. Tell us about the military of the UK and about the country readiness for war

The military of the UK is a diverse and dedicated force, with a mix of experienced players who have spent years growing their strength, military rank, and aircraft ranks. These seasoned individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the battlefield. On the other hand, there are also less experienced players who are eager to contribute whatever they can to the country's defence and military efforts.

As the CP, it is my responsibility to ensure that our armed forces are well-prepared and equipped to face any potential threats. We prioritise training wars and coordination to maintain a high level of readiness.

Additionally, we maintain diplomatic relations with other nations and establish strategic partnerships. These relationships contribute to our country's overall security and readiness for war.

Overall, while we may have a mix of experience levels within our military, we value the dedication and commitment of all our citizens to defend the eUK. With a well-prepared and motivated force, we strive to stand ready to protect our nation's interests and respond effectively to any challenges that may arise.

10. What are your plans for next month?

As country president for the upcoming month, my plans are focused on two key areas. First, I will increase monitoring of military and aircraft rank growth to ensure our armed forces remain strong and capable. This will involve closely tracking the progress of our pilots and soldiers, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to support their development.

Secondly, I am excited to announce the launch of a fun and rewarding social scheme. This scheme aims to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among our citizens, providing them with opportunities to engage in enjoyable activities while also earning rewards for their participation. More will be announced in my manifesto.

By combining efforts to strengthen our military capabilities and creating a positive and engaging social environment, I hope to contribute to the overall growth and success of the eUK in the coming month.

11. Tell us 1 thing you love the most at eRepublik

One thing I love the most about eRepublik is the sense of adventure it offers. At first glance, it may seem like a simple game, but as you delve deeper into its mechanics and complexities, you uncover a world of underlying realities.
Embracing the flaws and quirks that come with this discovery adds a unique dimension to the experience, making it an exciting and engaging journey. The ever-evolving nature of eRepublik keeps me hooked, as there's always something new to explore and learn, making it hard to step away from.

12. If you could change or add ANYTHING to this game tell us 1 thing you were picked to change/add and why?

"On Day 3,468 (May 19, 2017), eRepublik announced that the Mayor role is coming back to eRepublik after Residence and Cities were announced…."

To this day this hasn’t arrived. I would like to see it finally introduced as I believe it would add an interesting new aspect to the political module.

13. Before we end, there is any last message to our readers, your friends, and the community that read this interview?
