India and China: The Differences

Day 1,048, 17:37 Published in USA USA by St Krems

Figured I should use this in at least one article before my time runs out.

Around this time last year, America embarked on a rather epic journey, breaking out of our own natural borders we traveled west into the heart of Asia on a mission of liberation. During our Asian Tour we liberated a majority of China’s regions and all of India’s from their PEACE/Phoenix occupiers. We returned China’s high iron regions to their rightful owners and kept a few of their worthless regions for strategic purposes, of course with their consent. In India we returned almost every region but Karnataka and one neighbouring region which we rented from India for a mutually agreed upon price.

So far, these stories seem similar but that is about to change. With the prosperity brought on by the return of their High resource regions and furthermore the national pride inspired by this, China began to grow as a nation. Their military became Highly organised and their economy developed at a staggering rate. They rapidly became a World Power and in due course were invited to join EDEN and now hold a lot of influence in that alliance. In short, China is an eRepublik success story.

India, on the other hand, stagnated. They became dependant upon the rent provided by the eUS for Karnataka and as such their economy never fully developed. They grew to rely on EDEN protection for threats and especially on eUS ATO support. Their country focused more and more on ‘what they had achieved’ rather then on what they could achieve and their sense of national pride made them difficult to work with. During this period eUS relations with India began to deteriorate, an in depth summary of which can be found in this article. The end result is of course the current situation we find ourselves in now.

I’m going to take a moment to outline our nation’s foreign policy towards India at this time. We have absolutely no intention of invading you despite what David Forde likes to claim. We refuse to stoop to your level and will not play the bully in this situation. America, we have been betrayed by a friend, and their betrayal has harmed other nations we are allied with but we will not use our vastly superior strength to ‘teach them a lesson’. I like to believe that our nation can be trusted to use our power more responsibly then some cheesy Mafia boss.

To India, I say, enjoy the reaping that which you sow. We will be the guy standing to the side, saying, “I told you so” when it all goes wrong. Now let’s go our separate ways, you have chosen your path which is separate from ours and we shall respect that. I ask that you do the same.

On a much brighter note, we have struck again at the final Chinese region in the hands of the Serbian Occupiers. This is a chance to strike for freedom. This is a chance to help one of our true allies. This is a chance to put our strength towards a good purpose. This sort of thing really is our bag, Baby.

I ask that each of you fight as hard as you can for our Chinese Brothers. Request free tickets and weapons in this thread and go show Serbia what America can do when one of our allies needs us.
