Join the new world

This will be a simple Yes/No answer list to ideas i had that could possibly improve the game in my opinion, since it's the first i will share MY opinion, keep that in mind. If you have any ideas for improvements or other ideas or details please do put them in the comments:

1. Secession: this will allow Provinces of countries to form independent nations or unify with another country without the cost of a War to do so. Example: say the American province of Alaska wanted to join Canada, they would secede and join the country if the movement was successful.

2. Referendums: this will allow the above to be done. by holding a referendum, the country could choose to join another country or form its own. Example: the Russian provinces in Siberia wanted to create an independent nation, they would hold a referendum later on to do so.

3. Civil Wars: this will allow the Government opposition to possibly take power by these means. Example: the Australian opposition wishes to seek power, so it proposes to rise up and take on the Government for control and possibly succeeds in doing so.

these are just ideas at the moment, if you agree with these please say so and if not give me ideas on how you would improve Erepublik.
