Hey UIP Listen Up!
Alright I dont really write articles all that often. But today I wanted to address some things in the UIP. It involves new programs, and a PP Election.. None of what Im addressing has been approved yet.
UIP Security
I think alot in the UIP agree with me when I say we need better Security. UIP did have the Independence Investigation Service. They were responsible for Investigating Multis, Blocking PTOers, and closely working with C.A.R.E. But the program died. And me and Jason Welsh will revamp the program. We will be recruiting agents soon.
Possibility of Coming: 100%
UIP Militia
This is a big thing S-MAC31 wanted to work on during his term. He wanted o bring back the Militia. Members would work at a Commune like any other Military Service. Then they would receive supplies in return. I will work with S-MAC31 to make this happen.
Possibility of Coming: 75%
WAP (Wellness assistance Program)
This program would be the UIP's version of Meals on Wheels. Young players could request food. There is also a strong possiblity that the program will offer weapons to any noob who wants to fight.
Possibility of Coming: 50/50
More Fun in the UIP
Well as we all know the UIP has lost alot of its once fun. But don't fear Im proposing a Month of Fun. With Games, Sweepstakes, and Giveaways. With help from the UIP and other members we can make this awesome stuff happen.
Possibility of Coming: 80%
Well I really hope some of these programs will come back to the UIP. Well this was my random thinking of today.

Sorry to say man, but that intelligence service won't really be able to do anything. WIthout donation records, previous shouts, ect, you won't be able to figure out if someone's actually a multi. Hell, it was hard to do even when we had all that information :/
