The job market is obviously where people go to find a job, most people these days will just simply click the top link that is there because it is the highest & most recent offer.

Therefore the best way to get employees is to simply stay at the top of the page. How does one do this? You could just put your price higher than the person currently on top. However doing so will in turn push others to raise above your price as a result your wage expenses will slowly creep up & profits will slowly fall. How can we avoid this? Instead of beating the top offer Match it, being the most recent offer you will gain the top spot, wages don't go up as much, and business owners don't suffer to enormous wage expenses.
