On Day 692 McFarland Defense Systems completed the 1st Q5 Defense System for donation to the eUSA. On Day 693 Gaius Julius proposed to buy this Q5 Defense System for California; you should also check the Debate Area. Only one member of Congress has opposed this law, with a vote of No.
The History of McFarland Defense Systems:
Production of this Q5 Defense System has been a long process. Production was officially announced on Day 627. Unfortunately, this was shortly before the eUSA lost New Jersey to Russia on Day 638. Production slowed to a crawl during the Russian occupation, making pitiful progress using Russian minimum wage labor. Following the liberation of New Jersey on Day 674, production picked up speed again, ultimately resulting in the Q5 Defense System soon to be installed in California. This task complete, our work is not done. Production has immediately begun on the next Q5 Defense System. As with this one, all Q5 Defense Systems produced by McFarland Defense Systems will be sold to the eUSA for $0.01 USD. We strive forward for the glory of our nation.
Many Citizens have contributed to the McFarland Constructions Project.
Some 137 eUSA Citizens have participated in building this Q5 Defense System. Not every one of them is still with us; 18 are dead and 5 are banned. Some 89 of these Citizens stand with us today.
Not every one of these Citizens stayed with us in the eUSA; some 29 have emigrated to Australia, Canada, Finland, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Not every one of these Citizens have maintained their eUSA citizenship; some 37 have become Australian, Bulgarian, Canadian, Hungarian, Irish, Malaysian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, South African, and Spanish.
The important point is that they all stood with us when it mattered. Regardless of where they are now or who they are now, they lent a hand, and helped build the Q5 Defense System that, with luck, will stand the test of time in California. They suffered poverty and ill health to build a new Fortress State for the eUSA. This is what matters. Even if they have now strayed to foreign lands, the legacy of their patriotism lives on in what they have built. For those 89 who remain with us, they can stand stall, proud of their service to this great nation.
They will know pride every time they gaze upon Fortress California.

Finally, my thanks to those who contributed their resources. Although I have said time and again that donations were not necessary, these patriots took it upon themselves to make their own contributions. Some have sold wood at discount prices, some have donated wood in various amounts, and some have provided what gold or currency they could afford. Regardless of what resources they provided, the significant point is that they took it upon themselves to contribute, while knowing that it was unnecessary.

Minor type oh, "test of time in California" you probably meant "rest of time in California".
How about New York or Illinois as the next Defense System state? I know McFarland doesnt make that decision but maybe the man who does will read this.
