I have seen some of these questions asked and some have been answered (many times).
This is my understanding and there might be mistakes. Please mindful of your comments and keep it civil.
Why do I need gold? (I assume you are not using RL money)
Whether you want to rank up, level up, buy tokens, ... you need gold. eCan community for most part is supportive of other players to farm gold in training wars. More players supporting this will help higher the average gold farming per player.
Top 10 farmers in the eWorld make 4k-5k golds in a month. In eCan this number is around 1k-3k.
Farming is important to help eCan to advance in line with other eCountries.
Why do we need eCan epics?
In addition to gaining an extra prestige point when a battle hits epic, fighting in eCan helps you build your protector point faster. Higher protector point adds to your damage.
What happens when player over-hit each-other?
This usually causes all players use more damage per battle for a SH or BH. The lack of trust in turn lowers the average gold per player. It also discourages newer player from staying in the game.
Why are we spending the treasury money on HAP and Epic fund?
eCan uses HAP to promote air players. Epic fund is to help creating eCan epics.
There is not game mechanics to make good use of the treasury money and keeping too much cash in the treasury will invite rogue players of attempting a coup.

Why do we need eCan epics?
We don't. It's just another way a small handful of players raid the country's tax money.
What happens when player over-hit each-other?
Nothing. Everyone does it, including the peal-clutching high-level players that claim they don't. They will mow you over just like everyone else. PLUS, it can't discourage newer players from staying in the game. New players start in Q1, which is almost completely void of any competition, versus Q4, where all of the other players are competing for BH medals. Just more lies by the current government.
Why are we spending the treasury money on HAP and Epic fund?
Because the governing dictatorship uses the program to steal money for themselves and friends. The majority of the money goes to the same 5 players, while the rest that participate have pathetically been bought off with the crumbs left over.
Why 69 snipes?
Because they play the game like everyone else does, but choose to do so more honestly and openly instead of trying to shine you on like this propaganda piece filled with lies attempts to do.
New players: Follow the money, think critically and don't blindly accept the current government's tired old pack of lies. Then join the 69th Royal Canadian Snipers. The last bastion of teamwork, honesty and truth in eCanada.
