The Government of Canada has noticed that Australia is under foreign leadership in the form of a dictatorship, and would like to alert the citizens of Australia that eCanada is open and willing to accept you into the land of the Great White North!
Why move to Canada rather than staying in Australia?
Because then instead of paying taxes to your Spanish dictator, you would rather be supporting those who will help support you. It will allow you to make money and plan to stage a rebellion against the current dictator and bring back true Australian sovereignty!
