I learned a lesson the hard way today.

If you want to maximize your damage in a single day, for whatever reason, you can battle and run your wellness down to below 40, heal, and then battle again.

When doing this, DO NOT RUN YOUR WELLNESS DOWN BELOW 40 AGAIN!!!! If you slip below 40, you will be at the mercy of daily wellness upgrades and your food, if your luck you will have gifts or a friend to donate to you.

If you stay above 40, you can battle once the next day, heal and shoot back up to 90 plus and put in a good shift at work, you can battle if you choose but remember about that 40. Sooner or later you should take a reduced battling day to get "ahead of the curve".

This is probably common knowledge for you seasoned vets out there, for the rest, avoid this noob mistake.
