Dear Germans and friends of Germany,
as the second announcement for tonight I'd like to inform everyone that Germany will refresh it's MPP with Canada!

Canada was the only former ATLANTIS state that during the Swedish and Polish invasions has officially stood by our side until the very end!

We are very grateful for your help and will not forget that you kept your word!

I ask all congressmen to please vote Yes on the MPP proposal!
