Fix the economy is not that easy, but a good start would be putting the bot to buy raws like mad, to drive their prices way, way up.
Other possibility that would be very interesting is limiting the quality of weapons per division. For instance: Div 1 fights with maximum Q4 weapons, D2 => Q5; D3 => Q6; D4 = Q7.
A bot or missions that feed cc are two solutions.

Bot is for sure good solution but we need to remember why it came to this... Do you remember the last update on economy which it was? I immediately sacked my workers and kept only one 😒 By then the wage went slowly down from 140NLG to 10... 😒 I warned back then that this will lead to a colapse of economy but some liked that update and didn't really think it will lead to this what we have now. Of course I wouldn't name this economy...
The game is specifically set up in this manner to where there will always be a measured business cycle of sorts. It may not be intentional but they certainly haven't tried to fix it either.
