It cannot at least be the only criteria for that.
Everyones friendlist has among real friends of ours and a big variety of people u get to know along the way.

In Norway we now give out certificates to participate in politics for foreign players who apply and get accepted. I think you have the certificate because you were already pretty active and an old friend of Norway when we encated that law.

As a northern Norwegian I would like to add that only Finnmark, and parts of northern Troms are Sami regions. Norwegians came first to the other regions 😉

Concerning independence, There are two ways of seeing the Norwegian-Swedish union. Norway has never really been annexed by Sweden, like Akashaton said. In fact, the only thing in Norway-Sweden which was Swedish was the ministry of foreign affairs, the King, and the flag. Norway and Sweden was even just concidered seperate countries with cooperating governments in favour of Sweden, and Norway had their own paralaments, constitution, and elections. However, it should be remembered that Sweden was the major partner in the union, and therefore had some privilegies. So in other words, some people don't concider the union a loss of independence, but more like an obstacle in how the state was to function, sort of.

I don't care much for winning, but keeping Norway safe from potential threats.
The way I see this last two of my CP terms, I've basically just offered my services, against what I see as potential disasters for our nation.

Perhaps because he lived in ePoland for over a year....? I know that when I move to a new country, the NL and Norway included I immediately added everyone in the Government as friends and then my MU and then I went through all political parties and added everyone as well...best way to make contacts.

This has been the dirtiest election campaign I have encountered in Norway. Seriously. I know such things from the UK, but then again they have the sportsmanship to start that dirty stuff in the days prior to the polling.

The argumentation presented here leads to a lot of questions
1) What has RL Nationality to do with this game?
2) What does the friend list have to do with your intentions in the game? There is absolutely no benefit in terms of communications. The only thing a larger friend list useful for is the advertising of newspaper articles.
3) If you fear today, that he is a Polish agent, why did you accept him in march? All the information you present here has been available in march as well.

Aren't a little bit embarrased that you lost to a player as untrustable as him? I mean, you would think you had gotten the hint when you won a draw in the last election against a player even more integrated in the Norwegian community than kb1992, who also wasn't allowed to run. Majority of the Norwegian population obviously hates you when you can't even win an election any other native Norwegian would have won.

I kinda backed you in the beginning of this scandal, with Stakes articles, But now...
You keep refering to the community as "us" and how "we" should not take a risk of a polish guy. If you really think you are doing this for Norway, and that you are some kind of misunderstood hero, I feel sorry for you.
But I do not think you actually believe it yourself, and if you do, you are probably the only one (there is not a single comment backing this article, exept for your own of course). You just use KB's RL nationality to win the election and thats just sad.

I, presonally, thought that you were one of the most trustworthy politicians in eNorway and I liked you, not anymore. With this article you have erased the good trust of me (and I think many more.) And I do not think I will be able to trust a person who goes to these lengths in order to secure himself another month of power.

Believe me, or not, I don't care for winning.

BTW in most eNations RL-Nationality is paramount when it comes to the CP position, a foreign CP would be unheard of in other Asgard nations.
I lived in Finland some months ones, and it was even hard to get work..

I talked to some Finnish politicans when we started to open diplomacy with the Finns. Judging from what they told me, the reason you couldn't get any work was because even though you had said you wouldn't run for any in-game elections, you did anyway. Interesting paradox, isn't it?

Interesting, I never encountered these Problems. I have been working in Sweden and Finland and currently do work in Finland with a Norwegian CS. They simply do pay higher wages and if you go to work regularly, you will encounter no problems there.

Most of the other eNorwegian politicans wish to have KB as president, but you won the election - democracy.
But at what cost? Don't you think you'll have a hard time getting re-elected when nearly all politicians despice what you stand for? Do you think you will ever have this power again?

I hope that will not be necessary in quite some time,
