Join the new world

The Unity Party has had a long and successful history of responsible and effective government leadership. As we head into another congress election, I encourage you to read through our policies and look at our candidates for this month. While many of us will be busy this Christmas day, logging in for a couple of minutes and voting TUP this election can make a huge difference for our country’s future.

Military:
We support the creation and continuation of national military units, such as Legion. Considering the progression of wars over the past month, it is more important than ever to have both new and old citizens in MUs to best optimize our damage potential. The Unity Party has a military unit, TUP family, which is open to all people. We support war as a way of increasing our nation’s damage on a worldwide scale. However, we must also be cautious of not overextending our capabilities. So far, the current war has been relatively successful and we hope that this will continue to improve our bonds with our allies.

Foreign Affairs:
TUP has had a long history of involvement in alliances, including TWO. We are glad to have the foundations for such movements, and we hope to continue keeping our alliances strong. This means renewing MPPs when they have expired. We cannot afford to ignore our allies, especially in a volatile conflicted world. With Ireland, we support the NAP and hope to improve relationships with our neighbors.

Citizenship:
We support the current citizenship committee and the way it is run. It is as fast and efficient as a system can get without jumping to conclusions. As a member of the committee myself, I know it works, so we should not change it. We also encourage other parties to join forces in embracing the system so we can have a unilateral approach to citizenship that works for everyone.

Domestics:
TUP encourages governments to make sure that when dealing with government matters, party politics is not intertwined. Another way of looking at this is to hold the government accountable for its actions. These people have been chosen by the people, so the people have a right to know what is going on. We support an increase in government reports, whether it is our legislative or executive branch. We also support the NHS. We must make sure our newest citizens have access to the supplies they need in order to be productive members of society.

Economics:
While tax reductions sound nice, the reality is this causes no noticeable difference to the individual but a largely negative consequence to government services. We must make sure that our services, whether it is the NHS, weapons, or other supply schemes, are funded properly. This also includes the costs of MPPs. We must make sure that the safety and needs of our citizens are met. Making sure we have reasonable monetary supplies is important. Therefore we cannot afford to waste our supplies on those who do not need them. A responsible and effective fiscal policy is important in maintaining a stable nation.



Here are our official candidates for December 2012. This month, we are happy to announce an alliance with UKRP. We are running three of their candidates in the 4th, 8th, and 12th slots.


1: Gucio16
Former Swiss President who has become an active member of the eUK. Seeking a second term in the eUK Congress.


2: alittlec4
Seeking his third term in congress, alittlec has been an active member of the TUP community and has a proven record of activity.


3: MaryamQ
A newer citizen of the eUK but an experienced citizen from Belguim and a place called real life. She is seeking her first congressional term in the eUK.


4: 5butjam (UKRP)
Been around for just over 6 months, but only recently got involved in politics. He is looking for a second term in congress under UKRP.


5: Bohemond4
A new star in TUP, bohemond was last month’s Party President. He is going for his second term in Congress.


6: deepfriedmarsbar
A newer citizen looking for his first term in office. Was born in March 2012 and has recently shown intent and activity for the job.


7: Kravenn
An experienced citizen who has been the President and Minister of Foreign Affairs for the eUK. He has made great contributions to our society in many ways.


8: Bogdan Vladuca (UKRP)
A new citizen of the eUK, probably one of the youngest candidates in the entire election. He hopes to make a difference in society through his first term in congress.


9: nebojsa.petrovic
He has been party president of TUP on multiple occasions, along with being in Congress 7 times. Currently heads the Citizenship Committee.


10: Boer Charel
Has plenty of experience in the military, including being a Minister of Defence. He currently holds an important role in TUP Family.


11: Miss Annabelle
Formerly a three time congresswoman, Annabelle has taken an active role in Legion.


12: Madacaion (UKRP)
A two time congressman who has taken an active and vocal role in the eUK government, looking for a third term.


13: jimbojoy
An experienced player who has been in Congress 13 times. Has been associated with both the Ministry of Home Affairs and the military.


14: Anaxima
Born in the beginning of time and having plenty of experience in the past, Anaxima hopes to make a comeback to eUK politics after a long absence.


15: Talon Karrde
Former Prime Minister among many other things, he has also multiple terms in Congress and is a key part of TUP.


16: Dan Moir
Another extremely experienced citizen. He has also served many times in Congress and is one of the most powerful soldiers in the eUK with 88 BH medals.


17: The Equalist
Current Party President of TUP and newer citizen looking for a third term. He also wears a cool mask.
