[TCO] Life After Orgs, Nathan Fillion, Estella Warren

Day 1,284, 13:29 Published in Canada Ireland by einberliner

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Due to the dissolution of the orgs the Canuck Chronicle, the official paper of the TCO's Crimson Canucks, now exists just as an archive. (It's here, if you'd like to check out past articles).

As a result official TCO articles, still under the Chronicle banner, will be moving to members' newspapers, and as the current PR officer that will often be my own one right here. We'll publicise each new piece as well as we can, and the group who post them will be fairly small to try keep it pretty consistant. We are currently working on a few things that should be showing up in the next few weeks, including interviews, profiles and some general recruitment stuff but, first, an appeal:

To all potential Country President Candidates!

As you probably know the TCO as a militia is apolitical. While individual members have held office at various different levels the group, as a whole, does not hold a particular ideological agenda (beyond 'FIGHTING IS LULZ!', naturally) and our members are strewn among pretty much every party, and in many cases in no party at all. I am hoping to do a fairly brief interview with the final CP candidates once they've been selected and will pose the same questions to all parties, and will not edit anything that is said in return so as to be as unbiased as possible. I will post these mini-interviews in a TCO edition of this paper and on the TCO forum in the public section.

TCO articles tend to get a lot of footfall and be voted pretty highly so this will provide more exposure for your campaign and will allow the Canadian public to compare and contrast the different candidates in one place (let's be honest, a lot of us tl;dr manifestos, or at best skim-read them).

Please contact me via PM if you're interested in participating, I can get the questionaires out before parties make their final selections and post the relevant ones all together, or if everyone gets back to me quickly enough I can post them before the different parties make their final decisions.

-The Crimson Canucks supplies all its soldiers three times a week with food and weapons automatically if you respond to a weekly roll call and work in a TCO company, there is no need for any soldier to go out of their way to request this supply. When there is a mission or important battle we also supply via IRC with additional food and weapons.

- The Crimson Canucks, and the TCO in general, welcome players of all strengths and our members comprise some of the strongest soldiers from Canada and Australia, as well as from Ireland and, increasingly, Sweden.

- All TCO members are treated equally and receive an equal share of the overall supply. Execs, far from getting extra supplies, often don't accept supply at all in order to increase the communal share or donate it to members in more need.

The Crimson Canucks is recruiting enthusiastic, active and dedicated players that wish to be something above the rest, something above even the best. We are a highly mobile fighting force that has spear-headed many conflicts around the globe. We bring to the battlefield a passion to see results and our enemies defeated.

When you join you will be welcomed and trained to be an elite fighting machine, it’ll take time but with dedication and perseverance your skill levels well increase and your damage output will be that much greater. Your brothers and sisters in the TCO will always be there when you need them.

The Crimson Canucks offers you a chance to enjoy this game more, to make a bigger difference not only on the battle field but in the eCanadian community, to make you known and respected as a warrior and as a patriot.
