I will try to keep this to the point:

To the Serbs this may concern...

If you think your movements on the party front have not been made apparent, you are dead wrong. Personally, I have been watching you for some time. The fact that the party, Serbs Love Kazami, now known as The Last Samurai has grown substantially over the last 2 weeks from 11 to 29 members (3 more on just the 22nd) has not gone unnoticed. Furthermore, the fact that there has been a corresponding drop in membership in Constantine the Great has not gone unnoticed.

I am aware of what Ceda said about supposedly not being in agreement with Kowalski after the result of the last CP election, which led him to the decision to create a new party--but his explanation doesn't explain what I've been seeing over the past few weeks, a slow, sneaky, and steady increase in membership in Ceda's party and a corresponding decrease in membership in Kowalski's. Thus, if these actions continue and your membership goes above 31 (our current membership, regardless of whether or not it increases in the next 2 days, given surpassing us would knock our party out of congress and put a second Serb Party on the ballot) in The Last Samurai before Congress Elections, Shinsengumi will consider that an act of PTO and will treat the membership of both Constantine the Great and The Last Samurai as Enemy Combatants as they are indicative of what some may call second-stage PTO of our nation, whether or not we actually have an election in the first place (due to our current war with RoC). I encourage the rest of the country to do the same.

You have been warned.

PS: Please consider joining SSG in the meantime to dissuade the possibility of a second Serb party getting on the ballot (or ISP if by any chance our numbers grow larger than ISP's in the next 48 hours). Thank you.
