Here are your personal orders, but please read all of the following.

As recruiter you are given 2 assignments on 3 forums, on each forum you play a slightly different role. On any forum stay friendly and positive.


Your first role is that of forum-leader

* Forum-leaders are or at least act like experts
* Forum-leaders check their forum as much as possible, prefferably at least once a day.
* Forum-leaders are allowed to post their referral (but always give people the option of linking to erepublik.com directly too! otherwise it will be considered as spam)
* Forum-leaders can start topics, but try to keep these steps in mind.
* If you are finaly sortof an insider on that forum, you can use this ]topic starter, or on very old topics you could use this topic updater.


Forum-bumper

besides being forum-leader of 1 forum, you will be given 2 forums to "bump"

* Forum-bumpers mainly ask questions, they don´t act like experts. Most important thing is that forum-bumpers keep the topic active and give the forum-leader some questions he can awnser.
* Forum-bumpers don´t make new topics, if their isn´t a topic, or you can´t find one? send a message to the forum-leader of that forum, sometimes you need to wait a couple of days or even a week.
* Forum-bumpers check and post on each of their forums once every 2 or 3 days
