[Presidency] Region Swap with eBrazil

You may have noticed that we have declared eBrazil as our Natural Enemy, and that we have attacked KwaZula Natal (one of the regions rented to eBrazil).

This has not been done to go to war with eBrazil, or to regain our rented regions, or to break the treaty with eBrazil.

This has been done to fulfill the obligations of the Treaty of Non-Aggression between eSA and eBrazil.

The last unofficial Resistance War in Northern Cape (one of the regions we rent to eBrazil) was won by the resistance forces (mainly some EDEN countries who put a lot of effort into the Resistance War for their own purposes). We are now required to return this region to eBrazil.

The easiest way for this to be done is for us to declare eBrazil our Natural Enemy, attack them in one of the other rented regions, lose the battle, and then have them attack us in Northern Cape.

If we lose the battles in both KwaZula Natal and Northern Cape, eBrazil will once again have control of all the regions they rent from us, and we will have kept our side of the treaty.

The unfortunate side-effect of this is that a Natural Enemy declaration remains in effect for a minimum of 7 days and game mechanics forces the war to continue.

eBrazil will have no choice but to continue attacking our regions until the 7 days have passed. This could result in us temporarily losing all of our regions, although the chances of this happening this time are less than usual.

Usually a region will be automatically attacked within 24 hours but this has been extended to 72 hours until Day 1875.

Any of our regions not rented to eBrazil that may be lost will be regained with official Resistance Wars.

At the end of all this we will have control of all our regions except those that are rented by eBrazil, and eBrazil will once again have control of all of the regions they rent from us.

We need your help for this whole process to work properly.

Please remember that we need to lose the battles in KwaZulu Natal and Northern Cape (or Western Cape and Eastern Cape if necessary), but we need to win any battles in our core regions of Gauteng, Free State, North West Province, Limpopo, or Mpumalanga (including any Resistance Wars in these regions).

Please either fight on the side of eBrazil or fight to lose in the regions we need to lose, but fight all out to win in the regions we need to win.
