Hello,

These article is about some facts that happens in Brazil cause of the CS stuffs to foreign allies and will be a boring walltext... sorry.

First of all, Im not congressman or even someone responsible for CS in Brazil, but as citizen Im concerned about some facts.

Months a ago, Brazil didnt have stricted rules about giving CS to foreigns, if they were allies and known by some Brazilians or stuffs like that, they receive the CS. Some of them even become congressman and our friendship and relationship was good in general terms.

But, Brazil were able to ensure all resources types sometime ago, and the full production bonus become atractive to our allies looking for help, businessman and, of course, profiteers.

So, the rules of Citizenship in Brazil become harder and harder, due to the huge amoung of requests and cause of other facts like: congressman that didn`t respect our comitee of citizenship; foreign guys elected as Brazilian congressman selling CS around the world (not respecting our comitee of citizenship); foreigns organizing in political parties looking for attempt of TO; salaries wars in job market; products prize wars in marketplace; and; even, I didn`t believe when I saw, fake babybooms to grab more votes for TOvers.

All that facts make our comitee of citizenship decides that all the CS will be close until we solve some of this troubles, like announced in this article.

I know that most of our allies are good people and we are glad that we are helping them and they are helping us, but as I said, when a lot of people come to Brazil, some "bad apples" join too.

We are looking this guys step by step all, all their moves trying to ruin our market our even trying to make political take overs is been watched, so we know how to indentify good allies to that ones that wanna make arm to Brazil and our diplomatic relations to other coutries.



WHO CAN HAVE BRAZILIAN CS FROM NOW ON?

So, lets tell some advices to our allies that wanna Brazilian CS:

- THE CS ARE CLOSED FOR BUSINESSMAN, "REGULAR" SOLDIERS AND ANY TYPE OF "CIVILIANS";

- Brazil is giving CS ONLY TO ALLIES MILICA OR ARMY GUYS THAT HAVE COMPANIES TO SUSTAIN THEIR ORGANIZATION!!!

THE PROCEDITURE TO REQUEST THIS CS INST SENDING A MESSAGE TO OUR CONGRESSMAN OR OUR CP, IS TALKING TO THE GOVERNMENT FROM YOUR ORIGINAL COUNTRY, AND THEN THE CP OR MOFA FROM YOUR COUNTRY WILL TALK TO OUR CP!!!

Brazil are doing that for around 2 months already, and we have a list of all the CS that we give to our allies in that circunstances.

Brazil done this cause if some s*it happens and the guy that receive the CS do something wrong, Brazil can take diplomatic meseaures as sanction. In other words, the guys that is entering in that way in Brazil represents their original country, an ally, and have to act like one, that way the CP or the government from the original foreign have the responsability when said to our CP that this guy is trustful or not.



SOME ADVICES/RULES TO ALL FOREIGN THAT ARE IN BRAZIL

To the guys that receive the Brazilian CS indicated by your original government look this advices as "rules", cause if you done something like that Brazil will, of course after talk to you, be able to done some political/diplomatic stuffs that nobody wanna do...

To all the other foreigns that are in Brazil before this rules were established, the good ones (majority) and the "bad" ones (minority), please follow then so we can have a even better relation to your country:

- Do not interfere in our Politics, in other words, do not run for congress or CP (we consider that one act of Take Over attempt) and do not join any Political party;

- Do not interfere in our Economics/Market, in other words, do not make "salaries war" rising close to sky the salary value, avoiding this will make you win and everybody that runs companies too, and do not make "product prices war", for the same reason.



FAQ

"- But I can buy some CS from any congressman!!! This is stupid!!!"

Brazilian Congress have a black book from all the congressman that do this and, most important, ALL THE GUYS THAT OFFERS MONEY, GOLD OR PRODUCTS FOR CONGRESSMAN IN EXCHANGE OF CS TOO!!! These ones NEVER will receive Brazilian CS, cause their nick is already known by every Congressman as "CS buyer"!!!

"- I receive one message from a Brazilian Congressman selling CS!!"

Ignore, he/she will take your money and not give you the CS. The only way to receive CS in talking to your original country government as I said it before.

"- I have Brazilan CS for a long time and I even was Brazilian Congressman!!! Is these rules applies to me too?"

Yes, until we dont have any TO attempt we wont even discuss about foreigns, even the most trustfull, be involved in politics.

"- I receive Brazilian CS, after mine country original government request to Brazil mine CS."

Please, follow these rules and we will be glad to help your original country in wars against ONE and make our relations even stronger!!!

"- I disagree to this politics, I wanna make politics to help Brazil, I join some party and will try to elect for Congressman or even CP!!!"

Well, I understand your view, but you have to understand that Brazil faces a dificult times about that, some allies guys trying to make TO us. These inst the best times to join Brazilian politics if you wanna help.

Also, if you are "politic" and wanna some congress medals, I strongly advice you to try these in other countries, your original country, some little countries or even enemies countries.



FINAL MESSAGE

We know that Brazil is very important cause of the production bonus and we will do anything to help our allies armies and milicias to have more prodution and fight even more, but as I said before, some guys (few ones) that didn`t know how to treaty an ally created all these situation.
