Ačkoliv stále ještě probíhají jednání o složení, dovolil bych si vám již nyní představit systém dodávek pro naši armádu. V případě zásobování před námi stojí hned několik problému, pojďme se podívat, jak by se daly řešit.

Hlavní potíž pro vybudování armády je, že nemáme žádné státní firmy, jelikož je ukradl převážně Utku Akin a jeho posluhovači. Panuje nedůvěra v zakládání dalších státních firem, protože ty mohou být znovu ukradeny. Tudíž je třeba přijít s novým systémem, neb ten klasický se nedá použít. A nový systém je tu, neotřelý, nepraktikovaný nikde na celém světě. Budeme první, kdo zapojí soukromé firmy v oblasti armády! A jak na to?

Využijeme již existující firmy soukromých majitelů. Je tu hned několik firem, které jsou zatím zavřené a čekají na svou příležitost. Právě tyto firmy využijeme. Bude to zadarmo a hned. Tyto firmy zaměstnají vojáky za minimální mzdu. Některé z nich mají licence do zahraničí a mohou prodávat zboží s výnosem. Druhá část pak může doplňovat český trh. Firmy samozřejmě budou na skladě držet jistou zásobu pro případ nouze. Z vydělaných peněz nakoupí potřebný materiál, nechají si na platy a zbytek pošlou do České národní banky (nebo organizace, dle dohody), která pak bude platit zbraně a koordinovat dodávky.



Při takovémto systému je sice pravda, že vznikne mírná promlka, když se přidá třetí subjekt, avšak je to systém průhledný. Pokud někdo peníze stopí, dá se to zjistit dle pár minut, stačí si jen spočítat, cenu surovin, prodejní cenu plus platy a je to. Můžeme se též domluvit, že taková firma bude odesílat stanovenou částku a případně bude mít i šanci na tom něco vydělat, pokud se jí zadaří prodat za víc, ale s tím bych byl opatrný a musel bych provést jisté propočty, aby to vycházelo. Samozřejmě by to bylo nastavené tak, aby se nedalo vydělat moc.



Výhody toho systému:
1)Vlastní firmu nikdo neukradne
2)Plná průhlednost
3)Žádné nové výdaje
4)Příjem do státní kasy

Možné nevýhody
1)Složitost
2)Rozličnost majitelů
3)Delší reakční doba

Vaše postřehy budou vítány. Též firmy, které by se chtěly do toho projektu zapojit, nechť se hlásí. Budou podrobeny prověrce a pokud projdou, budou pro příště zařazeny na seznam vojenských firem, kam budeme posílat vojáky.

Although negotiations are still ongoing on the composition I allowed you to imagine the system of supply for our army. In the event of supply are several problems. Let's see how its can be addressed.

The main difficulty is that for build army we haven't state-owned firms mainly because its were stolen by Utku Akin and his cronies. There is distrust in the establishment of other state firms since they can be stolen again. Therefore it is necessary come with a new system because the classic isn't for us. A new system is here fresh unexercised anywhere in the world. We will be the first to involve private firms in the army! And how?

We will use an existing private business owners. There are several companies that are still closed and wait for chance. Now it comes. It's free and right now. These firms employ soldiers for the minimum wage. Some of them have licenses to outland and can sell with profit. The second part (of companies) can complement the Czech market. Businesses of course keep stock some stuff for emergencies. They keep money on necessary material and wage and sent rest to the Czech National Bank (or the organization according to the agreement) which will pay for arms and supplies.



In this system it is true that there will be slight timeout when you add a third subject but the system is transparent. If anyone steal the money it can be detect in few minutes you can only count the cost of raw materials selling price plus salaries and that's it. We also agree that companies will send a static value and will have the chance to earn something if they sold their stuff for more but there I would be careful and I will must to make some calculations. Of course it would be adjusted so that it couldn't earn much.



Advantages of this system:
1) No one steal his own company
2) Full transparency
3) No new spending
4) Receipt of the state treasury

Possible disadvantages:
1) Complexity
2) The variety of owners
3) longer reaction time
