Acuerdo de Alquiler entre Bolivia y Chile

Los gobiernos de Bolivia y Chile han acordado un contrato de alquiler de regiones y concesión de recursos sujetos a las siguientes cláusulas:

1) Bolivia alquila la región de Altiplano a Chile.

2) En el momento que la región de Beni será desocupado por Serbia, la región también será alquilada a Chile.

3) Chile pagará un alquiler mensual de 100.000 cc. Los pagos se efectuarán hasta el tercer día después de comenzar el período de arrendamiento mensual. El canon de arriendo incluye los impuestos que Chile colectara en las regiones bolivianas.

4) Bolivia no organizará ni apoyará ninguna guerra de resistencia en las regiones sujeto de ese contrato a menos que ambos gobiernos hayan acordado previamente la liberación.

5) En caso de que se liberara una región afectada por este tratado, Bolivia iniciará una ley de enemigo natural previa consulta con Chile para que Chile pueda retomar el Altiplano boliviano y/o Beni.

6) En el caso que Chile no pueda retomar las regiones del contrato, Bolivia cederá los recursos de esas regiones a Chile bajo la modalidad de concesión estatal. El orden de los recursos a ceder es 1) venado; 2) cereal; 3) ganado.

7) En el caso de que Bolivia debe ceder los recursos previsto en la cláusula 6 el canon de arriendo sigue sin cambiar. Al fin de un periodo de arriendo los ministros encargados de ambos gobiernos evaluaran los pagos efectuados durante del periodo de alquiler y si se produce un Mayor Valor o Diferencia mayor al Arriendo mensual, en el caso de concesion, esta debe ser depositada al Tesoro Nacional de Chile.

8.) En el caso de que las regiones de este acuerdo sean ocupadas por terceros, el acuerdo en sí no será afectado. Chile y Bolivia restaurarán la situación anterior tras consultar entre sí.

9) El presente acuerdo tendrá una validez de un mes. Se renovará automáticamente si ninguna parte lo cancela hasta una semana antes del final del período de validez.

Rental Agreement between Bolivia and Chile

The governments of Bolivia and Chile have agreed on a contract to rent regions and grant resource concessions subject to the following clauses:

1) Bolivia rents the region Bolivian Altiplano to Chile.

2) At the moment Serbia will leave the region Beni, the region will also be rented to Chile.

3) Chile will pay a monthly rent of 100,000 cc. Payments will be made until the third day after the beginning of the monthly lease period. The lease fee includes the taxes that Chile collected in the Bolivian regions.

4) Bolivia will not organize or support any war of resistance in the regions subject to this contract unless both governments have previously agreed to liberate the regions.

5) In the event that a region affected by this treaty is liberated, Bolivia will initiate a natural enemy law after consulting with Chile so that Chile can resume the occupation of Bolivian Altiplano and/or Beni.

6) In the event that Chile cannot resume the occupation of the contract regions, Bolivia will transfer the resources of those regions to Chile under the modality of state concessions. The order of the resources to be transferred is 1) deer; 2) cereal; 3) cattle.

7) In the case that Bolivia must assign the resources envisaged in clause 6, the rental fee remains unchanged. At the end of a lease period, the ministers in charge of both governments will evaluate the payments made during the rental period and if there is a higher value or difference greater than the monthly rent, in the case of a concession, it must be deposited with the National Treasury of Chile.

8.) In the event that the regions of this agreement are occupied by third parties, the agreement itself will not be affected. Chile and Bolivia will restore the previous situation after consulting each other.

9) This agreement will be valid for one month. It will be renewed automatically if no party cancels it until a week before the end of the validity period.
