[MoE] Congress elections

Every 25th day of the month is time that citizens of the country vote for the country congressmen which represent the country and making laws and other important decisions. But all pomp about congress started on 23th, when country must have at least one region to make elections, if they lost that region before 26th, than country is without congress and all power is in hands of President. However as we have self-defensive dictatorship, all power is in hands of dictator who is also our president.

On 23th can last players, who want to be in country’s congress, apply for it. The applicant must be at least lvl 12 and adult citizens. On 24th the Party President decide about list of party members who will run on elections. Higher you are on that list, more chances you have to become congressmen and won 5 gold.

You can leave your candidature for congress by visiting your party’s page, scroll down to Congress section and push button “RUN FOR CONGRESS” and then you get option to add link to your presentation or not. You just push button “AGREE” and you become candidate for congress.

The election day is on 25th and when you login, you see this sign at the top of page:

After you click on vote button it will redirect you to a page, where list of all parties with their candidates is. After you choose party for which you want to leave vote you must press “VOTE” button and fill in captcha. You can also check elections in other countries.

After elections are finished there are 2 days for votes clarification. In this process are removed all votes that are from multi accounts and admins check if there were some things wrong with elections. So on 27th new congress can sworn in.
