Hello, this is my first official media piece as DoRR of the Federalist Party, which means my media record is worse than Orik's. The reason I am writing this today is to inform everyone about a new program I am implementing as of today. It is the Federalist Housing Assistance Program, which provides funds to those that meet certain criteria to purchase a Q1 house.

Federalist Housing Assistance Program Requirements:

1) You must be a Federalist.
2) You must make at least the replenishment rate for a Q1 house. (Current replenishment rate is about 132 USD per day)
3) You must have 24 hours or less remaining on your current house.
4) You must have no houses in stock.
5) You have $5,000 or less on hand.

Before this, we only had food, weapon and cash assistance. Never anything directly for housing. I might be doing company gold grants in the future, but we will have to see.
