The rental period for our regions have officially begun.
The war to pass the regions to the eUS is ending, the peace proposal is going through at this time.

The regions of Cork, and Wexford were passed to the eUS just past the halfway point in December. This means the rent for December is prorated to be slightly less than half the 90k rental payment (including tax rebate). We approximated the December rent to be 40k cc. When this is added to the 90k for January, the first rental payment was 130k cc, which has been sent to our banker, Appleman. The rent for the near month and a half is an even 100k, the other 30k tax/shield rebate portion which will go to our bank orgs.



There will be a plain accountability of the funds. We have already set aside separate org to handle the rental income, and facilitate the funding of the social programs the dail will institute with the rental income. We have decided on TG upgrades for the first month (details will be released soon). The money will stay in the org, and not be active on the MM. Every citizen will be able to see the balance any day they want.

As funds are needed for social programs this org will buy gold on the MM (from an Irish bank org, of course). Unless the rate changes, every 200-ish cc you see deducted from the balance will equal 1 gold spent on a citizen. This will be accounted by the oversight committee we are setting up. You can see all 100k of the rent payment is in the org now (plus some loose change that was there beforehand).

P.S. I am looking for a trusted, capable individual to administrate the TG upgrade program.
