[CP] Ireland-Serbia-Indonesia-UK Agreement

Citizens of the Republic,

After negotiations, the governments of eIreland, eSerbia, eIndonesia, and the eUK have agreed on the following TW agreement:

1)Serbia and Indonesia maintain a TW on our three eastern regions, Louth, Dublin and Wexford
2) Ireland maintains control over Mayo, Shannon, and Cork
3) Ireland has a ping pong TW with eUK between Mayo and Northern Ireland
4) in exchange for renting these three regions, Ireland gets 150,000 CC per month, 75,000 CC from Serbia and 75,000 from Indonesia, with payment on the 7th of each month.
5)This agreement is agreed on for 3 months, with possible renewal at that time.
There are 5 steps to putting this agreement into place, and we are currently at step 1:

1)eIreland RWs back Louth
2)Indo takes Louth and Mayo via eIreland NE
3)NE ends due to no border
4)eIreland RWs back Mayo and Shannon
5) Serbian-Indonesian TW resumes as normal, Ireland-UK TW begins.
