[CP] Attention!!! Few Improvement to be Made

In the future, we will have more war, not just some simple TW. There will be an important war that we need every single citizen to join the fight.

okay, i want this to be improve:



* distribution of food for all citizen so they can fight at full 300Health.

* improving our logistic both in irc and game



Implementation:

* we need capable people that able to online 24 hours (rotation can be made) in IRC channel #erepublik.my (and at the same time hold Social Office) to do the distribution in war times.

* we need Ministry of Industry (MoId) to stock up food and weapons in SO/any other eGoverment ORG.



so, i'll need those in official ministry and department to make this happens.
Ministry and Department involve:

* Ministry of Defense [MoD]
* Ministry of Industry [MoId]
* Social Office of eMalaysia [SOeM]
* Badan Nasional Malaysia [BNM]
* and few other ORG if the limit storage gone for good


and with collaboration
Ministry of Finance [MoF]
to get the proper budget

you guys can set up the limit and rule for the distribution such as limit foods and weapons for certain level of STR or etc.



I need to make this happen.

This is for all citizens, not for official army - exclude official army in this as they already got full equipment to fight in major war.

-Keep update yourself by reading news in our media, its useless for me and others who always write news/updates/battle order if you yourself don't take the initiative to improve yourself, how will you improve our lovely eMalaysia?




-I've some tips for you especially newbies:
* Collect/keep your first 10 Gold, open a grain company,
after that
* Collect/keep your second 10 Gold, open a Q1 food company.
now, you able to take care of yourself a little bit.
