I have compiled another report of what has happened in the forum section of the congress lately. Highlights are the acceptance of Frerk as Deputy Chairman and a (heated) debate about the split of assets of the former UNION.

In current laws, Elites are allowed to go abroad on official mission, while keeping their congress rights on the forum. However, please make sure that a message is sent, preferably by the MoD, to at least one of the admins (e.g. Kixtart or Frerk). This way, they can keep track of who left UNL on an official mission, and who left voluntarily.

Recently, lack of communication led to RepsaJ losing his congress rights. As it was not proven that he violated any rules, enforced by the MoD that it was on an official mission, I have made the decision to return his rights. If you do not agree with my decision, please send me a PM, preferably with good evidence/argumentation why you disagree. Do not attack anybody who executed my decision, as they are not the ones responsible for it. Thank you.
