As per III.02.d of the Constitution of eIrelan😛
When an amendment is made to the Constitution, the Ceann Comhairle must inform the public via an article.

Congress has voted 13-1-21 (yes-no-abstain) in favor of the following amendment.

The addition to the Constitution of III.01.a.i:
In the event of abdication of the CP for any reason, be it voluntarily or not, the Vice-President assumes the role of CP for the remainder of the term.
