[BOE] Día 5867 - Acuerdo de Paz

Estimados ciudadanos, después de un mes y medio de guerra entre eEspaña e Hydra (MKD-Lithuania-Letonia-Bielorrusia), se ha llegado a un principio de acuerdo para parar esta guerra que tiene su causa en gobiernos anteriores a Noviembre.
Tenemos la oportunidad de empezar de cero, y en breves días retomaremos las TW con países neutrales/afines que han demostrado amistad en nuestros momentos más oscuros y nuestros movimientos geopolíticos no tardarán en hacerse saber cuando estén confirmados.

Desde el gobierno queremos agradecer a: SERBIA y USA por su ayuda a la finalización de esta guerra por la vía diplomática, a JAPÓN, UAE, PAKISTÁN y POLONIA por su aportación en la guerra (eEspaña no olvida), y a Moldavia por su entendimiento su respeto hacia nuestra soberanía pidiendo permiso para mantener TW en nuestras CORES.

Del mismo modo, y entendiendo la neutralidad eEspañola como una realidad, creemos que es importante agradecer a aquellos países que aún siendo alejados de nuestra geopolítica actual, por ejemplo Hungría o Chile, han aportado su granito de arena para vencer a nuestro, ahora, ex Enemigo.

A un nivel más MACRO, no somos ajenos a la neutralidad de las dos grandes alianzas del juego y también agradecemos que hayan formado parte del conflicto, ya que hoy estaríamos hablando de una escalada a nivel mundial y de esta forma se ha podido mantener de forma regional.

Seguramente, al centrar este conflicto toda la atención internacional, hemos recibido la ayuda de más países a los cuales extiendo el agradecimiento de nuestra gran eNación.

La paz se ha conseguido mediante el siguiente acuerdo entre HYDRA y eEspaña:

1. España no atacará a Hydra, Hydra no atacará a España en represalia.
2. España no atacará a Cuba.
3. España no participará en el conflicto interno cubano. El país tampoco puede responder por algunos de sus ciudadanos, pero puede mediar si surge algún conflicto e intentar resolverlo de la mejor manera para ambas partes.
4. Hydra y eEspaña respetarán la voluntad de los ciudadanos individuales que participen en los conflictos de un lado o del otro, siempre que los gobiernos permanezcan neutrales y lo expresen públicamente.
Serán libres de luchar, pero los gobiernos aconsejarán a sus ciudadanos que mantengan la neutralidad en el extranjero. Tanto eEspaña como Hydra tienen que entender que inicialmente se puede ver a algunos jugadores luchando contra ellos, lo que no debería llevar a una escalada del conflicto como ocurrió en esta guerra.
5. El gobierno español redactará un artículo en el que dirá que España no interferirá en los asuntos internos de Cuba
6. España e Hydra no interferirán en las TW del otro lado.

Cumpliendo con nuestra parte del acuerdo, eEspaña se retira de cualquier inferencia político-militar en eCuba. Nuestra puerta siempre estará abierta para ellos y, como dije al comienzo de mi legislatura, cualquier miembro de la comunidad ESPAÑOLA en el juego tendrá los mismos derechos que un eEspañol.

Teniendo en cuenta lo antes dicho, eCuba tiene que entender que eEspaña no puede ser perjudicada por problemas internos de eCuba, podéis contar con nosotros para mediar si hiciera falta, pero desde una posición Neutral.

Por último, al ciudadano eEspañol, A SUS MILICIAS y Milicianos:

Sois la base de esta comunidad, no existe un cargo político sin un ciudadano que le vote; habéis sido la fuerza y el motor de este gobierno y nos habéis dado la capacidad de llegar a este fin de hostilidades gracias a vuestra cabezonería, corazón y valentía. eEspaña, en su historia, ha tenido la suerte de tener siempre a jugadores valientes que han sabido comportarse como el buen nombre de su ePatria lo ha requerido.


Espero que sirva este tratado de paz para su prosperidad, este gobierno lo ha hecho con este fin. Ahora nos espera un nuevo camino, y el eMundo contempla como una eNación orgullosa supo enfrentarse a la adversidad unida.

Dear citizens, after a month and a half of war between Spain and Hydra (MKD-Lithuania-Latvia-Belarus), an agreement in principle has been reached to stop this war that has its cause in governments prior to November.

We have the opportunity to start from scratch, and in a few days we will resume TWs with neutral/like-minded countries that have shown friendship in our darkest moments. Our geopolitical movements will not take long to make themselves known when they are confirmed.

From the government we want to thank: SERBIA and the USA for their help in ending this war through diplomatic channels, JAPAN, UAE, PAKISTAN and POLAND for their contribution in the war (eSpain does not forget), and Moldova for its understanding respect for our sovereignty asking for permission to maintain TWs in our CORES.

In the same way, and understanding Spanish neutrality as a reality, we believe that it is important to thank those countries that, even though they are far from our current geopolitics, for example Hungary or Chile, which have contributed to defeat our, now, former enemy.

At a more MACRO level, we are no strangers to the neutrality of the two great alliances of the game and we are also grateful that they have been part of the conflict, since today we would be talking about a global escalation and in this way it has been possible to maintain it regional.


Surely, by focusing all international attention on this conflict, we have received help from more countries to which I extend the gratitude of our great nation.

Peace has been achieved through the following agreement between HYDRA and eSpain:

1.Spain will not attack Hydra, Hydra will not attack Spain in retaliation.
2.Spain will not attack Cuba.
3.Spain will not participate in the internal Cuban conflict. The country cannot answer for some of its citizens either, but it can mediate if a conflict arises and try to resolve it in the best way for both parties.
4.Hydra and Spain will respect the will of individual citizens who participate in conflicts on one side or the other, as long as governments remain neutral and express it publicly.
They will be free to fight, but governments will advise their citizens to maintain neutrality abroad. Both Spain and Hydra have to understand that initially some players can be seen fighting against them, which should not lead to an escalation of the conflict as it happened in this war.
5.The Spanish government will write an article in which it will say that Spain will not interfere in the internal affairs of Cuba
6.Spain and Hydra will not interfere in the other side's TW.

Complying with our part of the agreement, eSpain withdraws from any political-military inference in Cuba. Our door will always be open to them and, as I said at the beginning of my term, any member of the SPANISH community in the game will have the same rights as an eSpanish.

Taking into account the above, Cuba has to understand that Spain cannot be harmed by internal problems of Cuba. You can count on us to mediate if necessary, but from a Neutral position.

Finally, to the eSpanish citizen, TO HIS MILICIAS and his Militians:

You are the basis of this community, there is no political office without a citizen who votes for it; You have been the strength and driving force of this government and you have given us the ability to reach this end of hostilities thanks to your stubbornness, heart and courage. eSpain, in its history, has been fortunate to always have brave players who have known how to behave as the good name of their ePatria has required.

I hope that this peace treaty will serve your prosperity, this government has done it for this purpose. Now a new path awaits us, and the eMundo contemplates how a proud nation knew how to face adversity together.
