Yesterday Admin begun the discussion about health – productivity issue. Yes, it is an issue for every GM or Company owner.

Implementing new 'feature' where individual employee keeps maximum individual productivity, even if he/she is alone in the company, and up to 10 employees (20 in Housing, Hospital and DS industry) was a great change, helping GMs and Company owners since many companies were on the verge of profitability. It was common that 9 workers in the company (before introduction of new profitability benchmark) do not earn their salaries.

Now, Admin brought Health – Productivity Issue to the Game focus. Resolving this issue in proper manner will bring the game into another, more fair, level.



The Voting Poll on the Issue is open, but, from my opinion is too exclusive regarding Proposed Question and Answers.

As you can see, Admin's Question is: Do you want us to remove the health influence for citizen's productivity?

Proposed (sole) Answers are: YES and NO.

So, if you Vote YES, there is a strong possibility that the Health influence will be removed, but if you Vote NO, the Health influence will remain.

My opinion is that if Health influences is dropped, the game will become more 'plastic'.

What 'worries' me that Admin finds some problems in remaining Health – Productivity – Salary influence implementation? eRepublik Team finds problem in new players settling down. From Forum posts it is clear that eOlder Citizens do not find it as a problem at all. We all remember our first eDays, eCountry's Welcoming Office and eOlder player's game introductions and help. That 'issue' doesn't seems to be an issue at all.

The Poll missed the most important correlation and it is, from GM's or Company owner's position, Productivity – Salary correlation.

Players understood this relationship very well and you can find Posts stating: Health 91 – 91 Productivity Influence – 91% Salary. Health 21 – 21 Productivity Influence – 21% Salary . Clear as that.

eBabies can be taken care of by older ePlayers – will enhance the communication.
Employees will get what they Produce – will calculate on own expense, not on Employees expense.
Employers will take no loses on 'ill' employees – will not worry about single employee and his state of every day’s Health.
Occupied eNation will have to calculate more on how and where to work – Employees sabotages will be stopped, Activation of own companies on currently occupied territories will be stimulated.
Etc.



The above tends to contribute to Game improvement(s).
