Дорогие ePусские, Dear all;
Yesterday Admin begun the discussion about health – productivity issue. Yes, it is an issue for every GM or Company owner.
Implementing new 'feature' where individual employee keeps maximum individual productivity, even if he/she is alone in the company, and up to 10 employees (20 in Housing, Hospital and DS industry) was a great change, helping GMs and Company owners since many companies were on the verge of profitability. It was common that 9 workers in the company (before introduction of new profitability benchmark) do not earn their salaries.
Now, Admin brought Health – Productivity Issue to the Game focus. Resolving this issue in proper manner will bring the game into another, more fair, level.
The Voting Poll on the Issue is open, but, from my opinion is too exclusive regarding Proposed Question and Answers.
As you can see, Admin's Question is: Do you want us to remove the health influence for citizen's productivity?
Proposed (sole) Answers are: YES and NO.

So, if you Vote YES, there is a strong possibility that the Health influence will be removed, but if you Vote NO, the Health influence will remain.
My opinion is that if Health influences is dropped, the game will become more 'plastic'.
What 'worries' me that Admin finds some problems in remaining Health – Productivity – Salary influence implementation? eRepublik Team finds problem in new players settling down. From Forum posts it is clear that eOlder Citizens do not find it as a problem at all. We all remember our first eDays, eCountry's Welcoming Office and eOlder player's game introductions and help. That 'issue' doesn't seems to be an issue at all.
The Poll missed the most important correlation and it is, from GM's or Company owner's position, Productivity – Salary correlation.
Players understood this relationship very well and you can find Posts stating: Health 91 – 91 Productivity Influence – 91% Salary. Health 21 – 21 Productivity Influence – 21% Salary . Clear as that.
eBabies can be taken care of by older ePlayers – will enhance the communication.
Employees will get what they Produce – will calculate on own expense, not on Employees expense.
Employers will take no loses on 'ill' employees – will not worry about single employee and his state of every day’s Health.
Occupied eNation will have to calculate more on how and where to work – Employees sabotages will be stopped, Activation of own companies on currently occupied territories will be stimulated.
Etc.
The above tends to contribute to Game improvement(s).

i don't agree this idea at all! can you imagine how much it will effects food, grain industry!!!

@Heboo: It will not effest any industry at all. The production will remain the same, only employees would be paid as they produce. Many times it happens that the employee works with Health 50, and produces less, way below he/she earns - this way employee is rewarde for any work with any Health, and the Employer loses. It should not be (worker's Health) Employer's concern and loss.
Again: No industry would be effected - pay per production if fair towards all. Skills can remain, salaries are market determined anyway.

ok listen! simply if i work with less health the GM can fire me! so in order to be in same job with good salary cuz im rewarded each day or 2 by raising my salary cuz i keep my health high, so i will keep my health high by buying food.
some ppl like me dont raise their wellness by gold, so i always-as many like me- raise it by food..if the GM wont fire me cuz the productivity is not bond with wellness..so why to buy food!!! specially when i dont fight much!!!
now u can imagine how it will effect food companies.

Probably the reason admins don't want to have productivity based salary is that they actually _WANT_ players to work with small productivity. Similarly as they increase the draining of gold from the game, they want to decrease the amount of products reaching the market.

@Heboo: Thank you for stating your opinion; you're your own boss and that is maybe the best, but if you lose some 0,10-0,3 G per employee per working day, it is not to be payed by employer but by employee (thru pay per production salary). 😘

I can't jump in debate cuz i don't understand businesses well enough, but looks like u ppl here do. Anyhow - working with max health, and if u can boosters, is what i recommend. I'm n00b ; )
another idea is to give hw medals only for players who worked with 90+ well for 30 days in a row

I suppose, all current poll is called by resentment of these emoloyers (: IMHO, more realistic choice - to set minimum wellness limit for new workers, so the newcomer will have to raise his health to occupy vacancy. (sorry for my lame english (: )
Anyway, he can spend his wellness after filling a vacancy (; But it will be fairplay (imho) - there is no place for too excessive compulsion.

Tomi, although you are a e-friend of mine I'm afraid that I have to disagree with you because of the followings:

- in RL war-times there is always sabotage. Economic ones. Think about the french resistance from WWII.
- higher productivity leads to stocks. Stocks leads to price drops. Price drops means selling with losses. You have to have in mind that everybody works but not everybody consumes. Admins should encourage the conssumption of goods and after that should implement your idea.
@Bezna: Discussion is open and friends are allowed to disagree. This is how friends come to the best solutions. Here I have friends that obligatory have to shout and swear in the discussion. A side viewer coudl get the impression we're mortal enemies, but we're not, only passionate discussion friends. xD
I can tell you that I showelled again this afternoon and feel so warm it is crazy, full of energy. Just now I am making one Button serve as a lead to my profile if someone wants to connect as eFriends here with me.
The snow shovel has got broken down. I don't know who sabotage it. But as somebody said up "sabotage brings fun" and "there is always sabotage. Economic ones". Hehe

@Chelie01: Maybe you bought all plastic and weak one. I have wooden handle and metal showel 'head'. Works fine for me, and just now I arrived from showelling again. xD Not so easy work, but brings you to better physical condition. xD

@Tomi we used to have a shovel just like yours. But, for some reasons, it seems that is missing. Maybe it's an economic sabotage maybe not, but be sure we'll have one similar to it when it'll start snowing. Whoever laughs last laughs best.

Очень сложный вопрос. Законом о уровне минимальной з/п гарантируется право любого работника купить себе минимум одну булку. Принятие такого механизма автоматически требует повышения оной, а следовательно ставит конец комуннам. А это вызовет большой отток игроков и недовольство...
Заработок лучше по децилям здоровья закрепить в контракте. И премирование за небесплатный бустер. Но не покрывающее его использование.
В итоге или очень сложно понимаемый контракт при трудоустройстве, либо без калькулятора не можешь оценить свою з/п.
Но как будущий когда-нибудь работодатель емира сам думаю о таковой схеме или что-либо наподобие.
