Here we are. New event. New missions. All the clicks.

72 hours since the dust settled. eCanada put down a revolt manned by one person. We won't name him. No notoriety.

Just some thoughts from a loyal eCanadian.

From the desk of the Country President I offer you their words.


Friends,

Every so often, a moment comes along that reminds us why we play this game. A challenge or event compels and motivates us to overcome an obstacle.

Yesterday, eCanada had one of those moments. Facing the loss of Scotland, against impossible odds and 5.98x determination, most had assumed the region would not–and could not–be held.

But, those naysayers do not know the power of our community. A community built on trust and solidarity. A community that has been forged in battle and stands strong against the odds.

The might of our community and our allies showed clear: we beat those impossible odds and silenced those intent sowing distrust and disunity. We won the day, held Scotland and move forward stronger than ever.

To those who sought to divide us, you obviously don’t know eCanada.

To those who helped coordinate our effort, I say thank you. To the many who stepped up and fought hard, in the round after round, you are the heroes that eCanada is built upon. You didn’t question the need, you did your part and helped ensure our success.

You are the reason I play this game, you are the reason I love it.

The road ahead will test us again, but I know that we will knock those challenges down again and again. And we will have some fun doing it.
