Today's topic is getting into the flow of the game also known as getting in tune with eRepublik or feeling the vibe of the play.




It's handy to think about this as broadly as you can. Consider how it relates to all aspects of playing.


Bringing oneself into harmony with the game. Flowing with a worldwide dance alongside the other players. Placing each click just so. Resonating in a consonant way with a stream of rollicking good sport. Engaging rather than just checking in.


When you're in the flow, then mechanical rules and dingbat details mean little. There's no trick or technique to getting in tune with the game's vibe. The way of eRepublik manifests through spirit more than mechanics.



Stick with it.
Be patient.
Poke around.
Read things.



Check out all the wars, countries, parties, press lists, and other corners of the game world. Amuse yourself. Browse around in all the pages of the game. Have a giggle at it's ridiculous graphics.


Look, listen, feel the flow of the game. Eventually you'll begin to distinguish things that seemed similar at first, to detect its nuances and find its tasty little amusements.


While tuning up your play, consider your physical connection to the game too. Try out different devices if that's an option for you. Maybe you'll roll better on a phone than via a desktop, or vice-versa.





It's the internal tuning that matters most.

A sympathetic vibration of your vital spirit creates the kind of harmony that speaks from the heart. It's the kind of transcendence you feel when confronted with a great work of art, an inspiring piece of music, or great natural beauty.



Bu there's a collective aspect to getting into the flow too.

eRepublik is common ground where players from different cultures and countries meet. Getting beyond our separateness and creating a greater oneness is one of the coolest parts of the way of eRepublik.



Being in the flow means learning to harmonize our play with others in order to put on an awesome show.
