Buying extra damage for CC would benefit bigger countries and stronger players much more, meaning it would add nothing but further power creep to the game.

In the end it's still a lot of CC to spend on one round for almost no benefit so it would just be another way to flex CC and use up lower Q weapons.
On average, assuming neither country is more motivated to spend more energy and give up the rank/armoury/True Patriot leveling benefits, a bigger country still has an advantage over the smaller country.

i think it will bring a new way of vision in weapon production of the countries and yes can be a strategy cause ther are a lot of people that wanna make as more damage as they can with the energy they have .. and beeing forced to fight with lower quality can give an advange to the country that activates it cause people will be more reticient to fight in that battle .
