September 11th/Airstrikes

There have been rumors floating around about certain foreign nations launching an airstrike on September 11th and using this day to gloat. There is nothing funny about a terrorist attack where over 3,000 innocent people were murdered by cowardly terrorists. My own father worked in the Twin Towers and was among the victims. To those who are doing this, you should be ashamed of yourselves to think that this is something even remotely appropriate to joke about. I want to take this opportunity to mark this solemn day with simply stating that all Americans and our friends abroad should stand together in unity against this sort of evil. We must never forget, and we must honor and remember all those who were lost. If you are one of the people planning to turn this day in to a joke, I suggest you think about how you would feel if someone thought a member of your family being murdered was an occasion to celebrate and troll people over.
