I just have to object to the statement that this month has not been any better than the previous ones. I think that we had a better month, as far as the journalism goes. Even though that might not have been a number of articles, the quality of what has been written exceeds the previous months. In my opinion, of course.
As for the idea, I fully support it.
I will say publicly: I voted for Amazarashi's article. I'm in statistics and that was best statistics article that I have ever seen in eJapan.
