Depends on your stand/view point on whether it will be considered a farse. But I believe the majority of people will like phase 3, however there will be the normal haters.

Norway is pretty good community, slightly quiet, but all of them are great people.

Anyone can rent an org, the name is bank of RustyD from when I used it to grant interest free loans to people to help them grow in the game.
