Pirates, Patriots, and helping your fellow man

Day 1,465, 23:13 Published in USA USA by Mike Ontry

Hello everyone! Not sure if anyone has noticed or cared but my activity level has been down. I've logged in everyday, several times a day but mostly only long enough to work, put things on the market, and fight. No. I have not lost interest, only free time. I believe I'm only getting started with eRepublik.

These past few weeks I've spent time working on developing my land. I believe the very first thing every new eAmerican needs to do is learn how to optimize their land for maximum profit. If this is done there will be a lot more low level self sufficient players and a lot less people that need full donations. Imagine what cutting the majority of full donations made everyday in half would save and what could be saved from those that stop taking donations all together. I believe it could be possible if new citizens are given a little support and a simple strategy to start making money and have the ability to support themselves AND grow.

As I said, I've been working on my land. When I first started I tried my best to do it on my own but was doing it wrong. I was growing and supporting myself, just not to the full potential.

Then I found this article about the Pickle's Patriots MU. They were just what I was looking for!

A small word on Pickle's Patriots
As a member you will receive personalized guidance on how to build up your land based on what you already have. Donations are not hard to obtain. Communes are available and optional. You will see results!

This MU is really a great program and a great opportunity. --Apply--

Help out
If you agree with what I'm saying and have the means then I suggest you mentor a new citizen. It can be a rewarding experience and may make all the difference to a new player that's not quite getting it. You can do this on your own. Follow this link to the list of newly created players in the eUSA and select a date. Pick one or two or more new citizens and send them a message and just offer your help. Link them to helpful articles, lend your advice, or give them a chance to ask you any questions they may have.

Random cool things

I joined a new party
I'm sorry old party.
I was looking for a party that is fun and fresh. One that is obviously going to be on top one day. A party that I can really enjoy being a part of and contributing to. Turns out I found home with a small group of pirates just beginning to sail the seven seas.

Are you up to being a pirate? --Join--
