Mr Knee presents a begging article while looking to be elected...

Day 1,828, 14:24 Published in United Kingdom New Zealand by Mr Knee

Normally I would use my newspaper to mock other people, but today I am writing a serious article to announce I am currently number 12 on the UKPP's election list. At this number, I am probably on the border of being elected when you consider the membership of the party.

The new election module means that nowadays you are no longer voting for the individual and instead voting for the party that most represents your views. On the other hand, when the final floaters are trying to decide where to sling their vote, I would like to think that people would chuck the vote to the UKPP and help me...

So what does the party stand for?

"The UKPP aims to be a party that supports new players by allowing them to help shape party policy. We strive to be transparent, favouring democratic conferences and postal balloting over executive decisions. Your in-game age, strength, wealth or connections are not what matters - your commitment, activity and desire to succeed do."

It isn't exactly a catchy party motto or fancy soundbyte, but it nails the philosophy of the party.

Here is "The official UKPP page" in full.

(I know it is a bit lazy putting a link there, but the alternative was to basically do a long copy and paste which would have made this article too long.)

I will also point you to this point to this article:

The UKPP Social Programmes

(Although since the Q6 weapons have since been upgraded to Q7, then things are even more great.)

So what do I stand for?

As per the official party link above, these is nothing in there that I did not vote for during the party debates. I am very much a UKPP member in spirit.

I am very much in the camp of the "moderate" UKPP member who values debate and negotiation - with all parties (even the TUP where there is common ground). Although the UKPP would ultimately like to see the TUP knocked off the number one slot, with the UKPP replacing them, I feel they should be achieved through co-operation and reasoned argument rather than stand our ground and become a protest vote against the TUP.

Sir Nick Griffin is back in your party?

Yeah... sorry about him... The situation bugs me too... Don't think he'll be high up the list if he does throw his name in the ring so the presence of Vordemort should be an excuse not to vote for the UKPP.
