My first article..
When I first started playing this game (about 2 months ago) there were jobs out there with good salary. I had three different jobs with almost 10 SEK every day. The highest salary I had was about 17 SEK. Nowadays you can only find jobs with the daily salary somewhere around 3 SEK, and in my opinion that is kind of outrageous. I know there is a lot of war going on, but I didin't think that the market could be influenced SO much by it. The salary is very, very bad!! To go from 15 to 3..
There were a bunch of jobs who offered nearly 10 SEK, but now it's very rare to find something above 3. When your skill is around 4.. All the good salaries are now up with the 7-skill, which give all the newcomers a hard time to actually get what they need to fight.
Then the government ask everybody to buy weapons and fight for them. You need food to feed everyday and once every now and then you have to fill up with food. So almost everything goes to that. Then when you have worked for a couple of days (about 2.5 days) you can afford a Q1-weapon. You fight around 10 times per fight (when you start from 100 Wellnes, fight down to 50, heal and then the same procedure the next day).. And in this time of war you need weapons to actually do some damage..
I know you can register on the swedish forum to get 30 SEK or whatever it is, when you write and beg the government to pay you. Then also you can join the different squades to get some bonuses and free weapons. But when you do that you become a dog of the government. Me on the other hand, who wants to play like a stray dog is having big troubles to get around on the very bad salary that almost EVERY organisation have.
I vote for higher salaries for those who don't want to be bound to the government...
So you who reads this, tell me why this happened!

if you cant find any other way then go to another nation, like spain?, which has quite high salaries, gather some gold and then return home and fight for sweden once more..
i know that is not good for the swedish economy but it might solve your money problem..
it's what i plan to do when my coffers are empty. i go searching for a new source of income where i can replenish my savings. if not the situation changes..
But that is kind of disturbed in my opinion. Every nation should do their best to actually keep their citizens instead of letting them move away cause they can't keep a reasonable salary. But as you said, that is almost the only way to get some money - to move somewhere else and get some savings. But when you move back all your savings will disappear and you have to emigrate once more..
eSweden needs the money to fight so there is no money to distribute to the employees.

I agree, this is a big problem for eSweden right now. We get new immigrants and we can´t even satisfy them with the most basic of needs, money!
I start to belive more and more that the state needs to intervene in this subject. The state can either start new companies to regulate the wages and at the same time put pressure on the companies on the market to change it´s behaviour or change the tax on the wages.
Option one is preferable as a country in war always needs its money.
The salary should be at least between 6-8 SEK. Then you could buy one weapon every day, Q1 that is. And as always in the higher skill levels the salary is ridiculus. Last time I checked the salary for a skill 7 in construction was somewhere around 25-36 SEK.. And the salary for those with skill 1-4 is 1 SEK to 5 SEK.. It's very hard to actually DO something with 1-5 SEK.. eSweden should take care of its citizens..
I moved out of sweden just after the conclusion of the german war. Foolishly I thought that I could build up a reserve of money in another country and then come back and fight in the next war. But unfortunately the war started way too soon and I'm not coming back yet since I'd have no money for weapons anyway. Salaries are so bad that it's a joke, I moved and doubled my salary, more if you count in the cheaper wares I can buy and that the currency is stronger than the swedish one, with those factors I probably earn about 3x as much as I did in sweden...
I will be back but not for a few weeks at the least, swedish salaries barely covers food if you want to fight 5x/day and still end up at 100%, and heck... With the wars everyone has higher wellness, yet you get paid less for doing a better job... what a ripoff.
Yeah, I actually moved to Spain this evening to lvl my Land skill.. In Skill 1 you earn 5 SPN and in skill 7 you earn around 36.. The SPN is not much more worth than the SEK but you earn FAR better here than in Sweden.. Which is kind of sad. I wanna help Sweden fight and keep it a strong country, but to do that the salary have to get higher and the taxes have to get lower.. Before that happens, and I'm kind of sad to say it, Sweden has a very low priority in my list..
just fight down t 50 and then heal yourself. Then ju have 100 wellness everyday.
I've seen a lot of new players recently and my theory is that the companies lower their posted wages since there are more workers available than there are companies hiring.
The thing is, I've seen several politicians complaining about it, yet none of them has brought it up in congress. Contact whoever the hell you voted for in the elections and get them to do their job. They're not in congress for their 5 gold and medal. They're there for you.
the only problem with salaries at the moment, is that there are so many people in the country that want to work, so there is not enough work places for them, and that makes minimal competition for getting employes, which is what keeps salaries high.
Sure, some new companies should be able to start up and get their business runing, helping up the salaries, but the increased amount of people, who is here to fight, will soon move forward to another war, and then the wages will go up again, as the work force will decrease.
Yeah, but with a skill around 4 you should get at least 6-8 SEK 3-5 SEK is NOTHING. You can't do anything wth that kind of money..

what can be done is to get more companies active, so they compete for work force. noone pays more than they need to unknown players, so that's why the salaries drop. If there are no offers out there, they try to hire with less money each time, and as long as they suceed, they will keep lowering. simple financial theory.
Yep, but they should think of that IF they have the money and the newcomers can get a good salary they will grow stronger and do more damage in fights against the different countries that Sweden is in war with right now. So by cutting down on salaries the lower lvled people do now damage in fights, ergo - Sweden get weaker..
Sure, it is a wished scenario, but as market economy works, high owerflow gives big differences, either in salary or lack of jobs, best is when it's evened out, which the market normally strives for by it self.
So by starting more companies or get the already existing companies more active.. The salary should turn upwards again?
yes. but keep in mind, that after a while after the war is over, some companies might need to close instead, so open closed ones would be a better thing if possible. also, it is not a imminent effect, it is always delayed.

As I look at it now.. Sweden will be much smaller than it was before..
Yes, so that's why it's no panic. Sure the salaries are poor, but there isn't much to do in the short term that will work good in the long term as well, except waiting, more or less. Sure, we could do soup kitchens, but this far, people do survive, it's just that they can afford less weapons.
It is not normal to have a pay that keeps you fighting every day for a month with high quality guns, and it won't show in your pockets. The government does the most necessary things there, and hands out quite a lot of guns, so our listed soldiers can use their own money on food.
Sweden will probably be a few regions shorter than before the start of this war, but in amount of people, I'd say it's the opposite. We have a pretty good increase in newborn citizens tis last month, compared to before, but it can be better of course.
But can we have great salaries with so much new people then? Even if we're not in war!? I t looks like this war will be on going for quite a while..
I don't think it will keep going more than a few days more. They don't wanna play with our allied. at most, we'll lose the three danish regions.
And with all increased population, new companies is founded probably each day or every other day anyways, so I don't think it will be a problem, if we just stand joined through this messy time right now. It is bad now, but will be better. More population gives more people that wants to start their own business too.
Yeah, lets hope for the best and for a bright future for companies in Sweden!
I have already brought this up with the congress, a solution will be found and implemented.
I feel for you, I find it wrong that high skilled players should get a good salary while the lower ones gets their salaries cut
It's so strange that the government want everybody to fight for their country. But as it has been proven, low lvled don't have enough money to arm themselves.
Could it be able to start a company owned by a high lvl player or by the government that sets a good salary!? Or would that just turn to be the same thing as now?
