So about this battle:

On the basis that I did my damage around the 19th minute

And you came in and did yours just prior to the 40th minute:

then this seems a cut and dry case of not honouring the code of conduct concerning overhitting. It is very clear from the damage you did that EBs were clearly used so not a case of "Oppsie, I hit deploy without looking and *accidently* overhit".

Since you have now done this multiple times in the last year, I will just give you warning that if I will overhit you and take any future medal then I won't feel remotely guilty. I won't actively hunt you down but if our daily orders happen to overlap then I won't make a point of finding another place to fight.
